ThunderCats Wave 3 (Captain Crackers, Jaga, Slithe) - Delivered to customers.
ThunderCats Wave 3 (Cheetara) - Tooling at factory.
ThunderCats Wave 4 (Snowman of Hook Mountain, Lynx-O, Monkian, Pumm-Ra) - Production completed and product shipped from the factory. Ocean freight, on water now.
ThunderCats Wave 5 (Bengali, Mirror Lion-O, Hammerhand, Vultureman - Test shots complete, first deco samples received.

Very curious about Cheetara in tooling means. I get there’s cost to disassemble and reassemble figures, plus figures that probably get damaged during the process.

But man…I take that as starting over. I don’t give a lot of business to S7, but if that accurate, they’re definitely not making money on Cheetara. Maybe the whole wave. Kudos for going back to get her right.

Tooling means the are making (or modifying) the molds. May not be all of the molds but who knows.

Super excited that Waves 2 and 4 may hit close together. Hopefully once Wave 2 ships to customers we'll get to see the preorder for Wave 6. I'm ready to see where they take it. With no Cats left to do the Kittens will have to be part of it somehow. Really eager to see if the execution of the Kittens includes something that makes me need to buy them, since I already have the 2-pack from Mattel. I figure they will, but curious to see what that will look like.

*sigh* still waiting on Wave 3 from DST. Anyone else in the same boat?

I had asked DST about the Slithe wave recently. They had no idea. I then went to BBTS and got them there. Currently got the other waves orders at both places in case DST doesn’t get theirs.

Monkian looks so good. Really nice to see Third Earth's Mutant ranks filling out. Wish I could say the same for the Thundercats. I think I've had Lion-O and Panthro and Pumyra since Obama was still in office. I still don't even display Pumyra because of her weird too-tallness. l got Wilykit and Wilykat a couple years later, and just added Jaga. But man, the wait for Tygra and Cheetara has felt eternal.

Monkian does look good, only gripes I have from the review come down to paint apps, or lack of. I would have liked them to have painted his mouth and chest to match his screen look, where this seems missing on the figure and means the contrast that should be there isn’t. Also the spike on his helmet should be painted darker. But that’s an easy fix, similar to repainting Slithes chest, mouth and tail. Can’t wait to get him and the rest of the wave delivered now though.

Probably zero chance of BBTS getting this wave in the next week right? I've been holding off on shipping Slithe and Jaga because of the Cheetara delay (and shipping to Australia is 'spensive, so trying to get as many in one hit as possible). Le sigh.

I don’t know, it seems like there is a two or three week gap between when we start seeing pics online to when BBTS gets Ultimates lately. It wouldn’t be impossible but it is improbable.
