Looks like we've got some new 2-packs incoming for the World of Halo line -

Sgt Forge vs Arbiter
Tartarus and Prophet of Truth
Flood Tank form vs Master Chief.

Paint/head sculpt on Forge looks a little rough...

I have to say-- Tartarus is the first Jazwares figure that feels a bit "meh" to me. Maybe it's just my eyes but the legs look a bit skinny to me. In fact, the whole build looks a bit thin. I don't know-- maybe Tartarus discovered Nutri-System and went a bit overboard?

I still have my McFarlane one so the big guy still has some representation on the shelf.

Yeah, I don't know why none of the online retailers sell this line. Sometimes the multi packs and vehicles can be found on Target or Walmart or Gamestop's website, but the single figures seem to be brick and mortar only. If this line was pre-orderable, I would have a far less stressful experience trying to secure everything I want. I've been lucky so far, hopefully it holds out at least for these next waves.

Really is annoying. Only one of my local Walmarts has any of the single figures and they restocked with all wave 1 Chief. Maybe once Target does it’s reset we’ll see them again.

Luckily today they finally stocked the Anniversary 4 pack and it was on clearance for $33, so I picked that up.

Found these at Target today. Looks like they changed up the packaging. I think it shows off the figure better and is more colorful. A Marine is shown on the back, but I didn’t find him. They had a full shelf. One of everybody, but three of Master Chief.

Oh interesting! So Target is basically skipping over Wave 5 in the old packaging?

Not sure. These come up with the same DCPI as previous waves. Maybe somehow this wave got processed through distribution first?

I like it. It’s way better than packaging that’s annoying to open, wasteful, and not easily saved.

I'm surprised it has the same DCPI, some other lines would switch it in order to clearance out the older waves.
