Wow! What a wave!
Hopefully this means Birdo is on the table for 4” as well. Most of those other little bad guys and Baby Mario should work well with 4” stuff. Excited for Monty Mole as well.

This wave has 4 brand new to the line characters, coming off the heels of each wave having new character after new character.
Meanwhile, it feels like the 4” line gets one new character every 4 or 5 waves.
Re: Jakks Pacific World of Nintendo Figures
At this point, I’ve just resigned myself to being a 2.5” collector for this line. There is so many new characters hitting 2.5” now and I don’t really see Jakks making many of them in 4”, for whatever reason.Boy Wonder wrote: ↑Mon May 09, 2022 12:05 pm

Once, many moons past in the time before time, I saw Peach on the shelves. And naive fool that I was, I remember thinking "Oh, Daisy would be so easy to do now with only a couple of changes, I bet they'll make her real soon!"
And still we sit and wait, without the superior princess, slowly losing hope.
Also, for some reason I didn't buy that Peach and never saw her again, so I'm twice a fool!
Jokes aside, there are certainly more characters I want in 4", the remaining Koopa kids and Birdo in particular. And some of the rpg characters (Vivian or Fawful for example) would be great, at least for pie in the sky never gonna happen talk.
But Daisy remains my most wanted.

If you're still missing the lesser Princess, she's still available in a three-pack on Amazon.

Monty Mole is my most anticipated from the reveals and I hope it's true. They have always been one of my favorite Mario characters and while I love my Squish-Dee-Lish and plush versions, I really want an action figure.

Re: Jakks Pacific World of Nintendo Figures
My daughter really loves Yoshi. Somehow she got a few of the 4” ones in different colors and now my obsessive collector brain wants to get them all for her. Does anyone know what colors were made for the 4” line? I’m having a hard time finding a comprehensive list of these lines. Here’s what I got:
-Green
-Orange
-Red
-Black
-Pink
-Yellow
-Blue
Is that all of them? I saw a listing that had one at light blue from the WoN line. Is it really a different shade of blue from the recent release in the Mario line? Any help is appreciated.

Re: Jakks Pacific World of Nintendo Figures
Pretty sure that’s right. The 4” blue one is the light blue version. Dark Blue is one of the long holdouts for some reason. It’s the only color I still want.

Have they done Mario in a yellow cape yet, from Super Mario World?

Re: Jakks Pacific World of Nintendo Figures
Nope. I’m pretty sure they’ve never actually done a true “classic” Mario power up. The ones we’ve gotten like Tanooki and Raccoon are because they’ve appeared in modern games. I’d love the likes of frog or cape, but who knows if they’ll ever happen.

Re: Jakks Pacific World of Nintendo Figures
I’m blown away that we have never gotten Mario with a cape… seems like the easiest thing in the world to do.
I wonder if there are license restrictions, like you can’t use anything unless it’s been in a recent game.
Dr. Mario in 4” is also a big gap. Any of those Mario 3 suits would be incredible.

Just make one - I took a figuarts Mario, bought custom hands and made a cape with bendy wire. We will never see anything with soft goods from them
