Haha, to be fair SOME of the ReAction stuff works, I think GI Joe ones are legit cool.featofstrength wrote: ↑Thu Jun 30, 2022 8:53 pmYup. May ReAction burn in hell.havok_x5 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 30, 2022 7:21 pmThis reminds me of MOTU Origins, like when they get the designs right in that line they are some of my favorite Masters of the Universe figure. I think it's taking the vintage design aesthetics, modernizing it in a way where it still fits in with the old stuff, but is also something new.
Now if only Hasbro would get with the program and make their retro Marvel line fit this Super Powers form factor...
Agreed! Hasbro claims Marvel Retro is what Kenner would have made in the 80’s if they had the Marvel license, but Super Powers clearly shows otherwise. A lost opportunity…
Well, I went to Walmart and, quite predicatably, didn't find these. However, I was shocked when I saw a NECA online exclusive movie April O'Neil figure tossed in some clearance end-cap. It was yellow-tagged for $15 so I immediately bought it. Very unexpected but it made the trip well-worth it.PharOOO wrote: ↑Thu Jun 30, 2022 4:35 pmI never do this but I'm checking my local Walmart at lunch time for these. I'm especially hoping to find the Batwing.
I would say the price point for these is perfect but it's actual beyond perfect. In 2022, getting a uniquely sculpted and package vehicle for $20 is amazing.
Wasn't the Batmobile like $15-$20 back in 1984?
