Transformers Third Party

I also got the Robot Toys RT-02 Tyrant in the interim and he's equally fuck-awesome. 

BBTS finally canceled my PO for Fans Toys Berserk/Blitzwing that I placed like a decade ago.

Dunno if this is the proper place or not, but I got in the Lucky Cat Dark Megazord set yday.  I've not had much time to fiddle with him but he's a great robot so far.  I probably won't get a good chance to disassemble him into constituent DinoZords until this wknd.

Just received Fans Toys/Fantastic Model Margh (not Ultra Magnus). I haven’t transformed him yet, but the manual is something like 600 steps, so I may never. I do want to check out the gimmick of him being armor over a white Optimus, but not if it will be a headache. I could see that conversion taking me a full afternoon. He’s otherwise gorgeous.

I was getting tempted by Margh a few days ago because tfsource sent an in stock email. Then I started reading his thread on tfw2005.com. I'm trying to hold off buying one, considering he wasn't on my radar until this week. However, I don't have any big preorders ready to drop soon, now might be a good time to squeeze in a pricier item.

I dropped Transformers years ago when the toys started to simplify again post-RotF, while increasing in cost, but I love a lot of what the third party guys do.  I don't buy any of them cuz of the cost, but I get my fix watching videos like this (with the sound off and at 2x speed), speaking of the FT Magnus:
