No Karai? Disappointing. I'm curious to see what Casey design they'll go with, if he's the design from Armageddon Game, that'll be pretty cool. His early looks are pretty boring.
I'm hoping that the humans from the IDW line skew a bit closer to 6" so that they size well with the Karai and Kitsune that I've made. Would show pics, but I haven't quite figured out how to do that on the new boards

The packaged Shredder looked a little bit taller than the Turtles.
For sharing the pictures, I wrote the URL and then the forum took care of that. I am curious to see your customs, as I made an IDW Karai in the past, too. Never figured out how to make a Kitsune... Wanted to use soft goods, but never found a good base body

Lets see if this works. Recipe for Kitsune was a Marvel Legends Katy (Shang-Chi movie), G.I. Joe Classified Female Blue Ninja fox mask head and Baroness hair. Karai is a Fortnite Lynx figure with a scarf from a Marvel Legends Ms Marvel, head from Marvel Legends Silk and a waist skirt piece from the cheaper Snake Eyes movie Red Ninja

Unless it's IG or Flikr, you need to make sure the link ends in .jpg for the board to make it automatically visible. Also make sure wherever you're sharing from allows sharing/public viewing, just to be sure.

Thanks, never had that issue on the old boards, always just shared images from onedrive and it never gave me any issues
Loyal Subjects/Super7/Bandai America - I just don't understand how anyone can be BAD at articulating action figures in 2023/almost 2024.
Received IDW Mikey and Raph today. Very satisfied with the sculpts. Paint is minimal. Articulation is odd and ugly but functional. The hips are a little loose but I think I can fix that. I like the variety of hands and weapons. Don’t like how the shuriken pocket into Raph’s sash, they fall out with the slightest touch. But I dig them. Leo should arrive tomorrow, Don got delayed to next week. This is all from Amazon.

You're referring to ones that are the same as the SDCC versions, but without the wash?
Can't decided which set, if any, to purchase. But I did bite on Shredder, so now I feel like I need Turtles, too.
I got Raph, Leo and Donnie in today of the regular releases and I'm surprised how decent they are. Nothing amazing but considering the horrible reviews of all their previous releases I had up till now avoided this line like the plague. Glad they didn't shit the bed on these. Plenty of room for improvement (better neck articulation, cleaner looking joints and more longer more secure pegs for the wrists) but overall happy with them and will definitely snag the rest if their IDW figures. Now to give these a decent wash to bring out all this really nice detail, at least on the shell and wraps.
From the LS description, Shredder is 6 inches tall. So it is roughly in scale with the Turtles.

Got leo, raph, and don from amazon yesterday. Shipped in 3 different boxes, one of which was delivered by ups instead for some reason. I'm really impressed with them, my main gripe being the heads being too tight. Really nice height on them though, perfect 1/12 turtles.
Mikey is delayed til next week for some reason.
My 4 brothers (regular versions) are shipping from BBTS now. I've had a few preorders get constantly delayed by Amazon lately (McFarlane Batman movie 6 pack now delayed to 10/7 for example), so I went with BBTS for them.
The lovely knuckleheads at Amazon shipped me an extra Raphael instead of a Mikey. Which the replacement for has been delayed until October 18th.
Stellar job, guys.
Regardless, I'm happy. These are serviceable, definitely. Especially if NECA doesn't ever decide to get here.
