Panda Khan being real makes me SO happy. I can't wait to own this figure. I'm so glad they worked out whatever rights issues had to be smoothed over to get this done. This could be the last Turtles figure I buy, but I'll be happy. I really, really wanted this one.

ALSO among those Foot ninjas was a Casey in disguise. If you look at videos or photos of that setup, there's one in the back row with the mask untucked from the top, and the sleeves rolled up slightly.
Really fun reveals. Panda Khan will look great with Usagi. I'm loving the rich, saturated colors.
I'm definitely in for the 2012 bros, but that may be it. I really liked their design, but I thought the others were hit or miss.

The Vacation Bebop and Rocksteady don't have shading on their backs, which seems to be a growing trend among recent releases. I wonder whether this is a cost saving measure from NECA as it reduces the number of paint applications on each figure. That is a shame if so as the shading is/was one of the identifying features of this line.
It was a good day at the Franklin Wisconsin Target, which is usually lagging in Neca TMNT stuff. Well not today!

so I just got my ‘Year of the Rabbit’ set from NECA (I KNOW!) and does the dot eyed head come off the body?
Mine feels permanently attached and I know NECA do some weird illogical stuff from time to time even when modular part reuse makes more sense (Red Mirage Casey: arms swap no problem! Grey Mirage Casey: NO! Those arms are IN THERE!) I don’t want to break it just to swap the heads around
I didn't get the set, but I would be surprised if that head wasn't designed to come off. I have found the Usagi mold to be a bit tough in general. The first one I had the ball socket in the head would not come out and it instead came apart at the neck. I had to heat the hell out of it and pry the damn thing out. I lubricated it afterwards, but I also haven't swapped that head part pretty much ever since. I can't remember if I even bothered with swapping the space Usagi head.
I know NECA just rereleased the Cartoon Turtles again individually in the classic cartoon colors. Luckily, I already had the original releases of those. But I wish they'd rerelease them again in the brighter, promotional art/merchandise colors. I never got those, and I'd honestly really like to have them. I keep thinking of just buying the 2 packs off eBay. But I know as soon as I do, NECA will rerelease them.
Is anyone still waiting on their Donatello Lab? I haven't had any updates on mine and it seems like it's been shipping out to people already for a few months. I don't have any labels or anything in the fedex app either.

Same for me. Seems to happen every time with these big Neca items for me.
Punk Leo and Raph have been sighted. Not really interested in this one, personally, but I'm hopeful it means Shredder is coming soon.
