NECA TMNT Movie Line

Yeah, I got refunded on my shipping too….though they informed me that it was a one time exception since the Seller (Neca) was a third party seller.

My order arrived! I got one set each of the Samurai Turtles and Foot Soliders. It was packed quite well in bubble wrap in a big box.

Well, thank goodness for NECA and Walmart screw ups.  I placed an order for 3 foot soldier sets when shipping was $17, then placed an order for the same qty when it went back up with free shipping, then canceled my first order that had shipping.

I just got my delivery and received 2 shipments of 3 sets each, but was only charged for the order of 3 with no shipping.  12 foot soldiers for the price of 6.  

Got my order in for the 1/4 scale 1990 movie turtles.  

I'm excited for these guys.

Glad they got a reissue.

Two of them are cheaper than the sewer lair.

@mwoo That's about the only good thing about Walmart. They're so big that they screw up quite frequently and sometimes those screw-ups are to the benefit of the consumer. I got a free Arcade 1-Up unit from them that they just never charged me for. It was a pick-up order, and I was actually worried the employee who handled the order would get in trouble so I even contacted them about it and was told "No worries, it's just a delay and your payment will be processed." That was over a year ago.

@rat_king the movie quarter scale figures are still some of my most prized items in my collection. They look so lifelike that it's kind of eerie. Mediocre posing, and Michelangelo is too tall, but otherwise really cool. And they actually gave Leo the correct wrist hinges!

I'm not a fan of the other movies, but the first one I really do love.

Looking forward to having these guys in 2024.

I have the 1/4 scale Mikey, and he's great. He's the only one in that scale i need. since I have 2 sets of the 7in first movie, 1 SOTO set and the TMNT3 set.

Looks like the Professor Perry 2-pack is going up on the 11-24 NECA store sale. 

I didn't realize the Prof was a two-pack. Not saying it wasn't stated somewhere, but if it was then I managed to miss it.
Either way, that seems like a bizarre decision; a two-pack made up of one character's outfit changes. Particularly when it's not exactly an A-list marquee character. I'm guessing NECA is banking on the idea that anyone wanting Perry is probably fully all-in on the line and will buy every version of every character so.. why not.

If I were going to get a Perry, I definitely would be looking to pick my favorite version and just get that one rather than pay for two of the same tertiary character. But hey, they look great.

I feel like they have some customizing potential for people as well.  Generic scientist or generic hazmat suited guy...I suppose it depends on how well the heads can pop off.

Yeah, it’s an odd release, and one I don’t need. Now if they had snuck a Bart Simpson pint into the package…
