@detrimental-fig I'll pray he does or that the waitlist pulls through. Starting a job in about a week so it'll be a close call. This is everything I've wanted from a Casey, including the alt heads, so I'm gonna do anything and everything I can to get it.

Why should I have bothered to try to get Casey, when I can't get the Turtles?
I half expect a toon variant of Casey like they just did for the turtles, in a few months.

I did manage to get a Casey PO (I signed into the site, knew what time it was dropping, kept refreshing the page, and used PayPal to get in and out) but it really is wild for Mezco to have made him a site exclusive 😑 He's an important character in the franchise, a fan favorite, and I understand why those who missed out would be soured on any further One:12 TMNT releases. I also resent how impractical "timed" releases like these are for so many collectors. Based on both the high demand, and backlash to how this first version was released, I feel like a similar cartoon variant in the near future is very likely.
He DOES look like a great figure though, and I'm excited to get him in hand! Shredder seems like next in line, and I hope for some kind of Foot Ninja set (or army builder figure) from this line. The NECA Mirage Splinter fits right in with the 1st TMNT set, so I don't feel like I *need* a Mezco version, though I'm sure they'll get around to him. Would love a Mezco April, but they do shy away a bit from female figures, so I'll probably grab that new Mirage April that NECA showed off at SDCC, and sell her off if there is a One:12 release down the road. Can't see myself going any further than that with these, but those are the ones I'm hoping for from this line!
Saw a post from diThunder on IG (@tmntturtleguy) about a custom serious head for the toon Mezco Donnie, so I messaged the creator to see if he had any left. He thought he was out, so I prepaid for one he would print when he was ready to print again, but he found a couple random heads in a drawer that he painted up and offered up in his feed. He shipped mine out on Saturday and it arrived today.
Caved and got a scalped Casey from ebay. Sucks that I had to pay so much, but... for a figure that's been a pipe dream grail for quite some time, it'll definitely be worth it for me.
Well, Casey is the best figure I own hands down. My first Mezco figure, but I can't imagine any being nearly this good. Shame it had to be so limited.
So about a week ago I got an email in stock notification from Sci Fi but when I went to look into buying they had raised the price $100 so $499. I was turned off by that so didn't go thru with it.
This morning I get a Mezco email saying my waitlist has converted at $399. Joined the waitlist last March 7. So anyone that got on around that time could be getting an email be on the look out
*Update* Account displayed processing never showed shipped or updated a tracking but package arrived today. Happy to report set is complete no duplicates !

So my waitlist casey shipped, got me thinking about what's next. Am I losing my mind cause I thought they teased shredder, but I can't find anything about it
Am I the only one a little underwhelmed? The mirage inspiration is kinda holdin this one back. Real plain lookin, simple and smooth helmet/mask.
