Look to be 17 cm tall and I see them as "what if Storm Collectibles got to make their own Turtles?". Love 'em, even if their heads seem a bit small.

Does this Rocksteady go with them? I'm not sure.
Oh, so these are 1/12 scale? Someone else posted these in the 1/18 scale thread too..
In the pics they look to be bigger than 1/18 and among the Chinese text in their plaques there's a 17, so I'm assuming it's the size.
The weird thing is, this pic also appears to be from the same display, but the Rocksteady looks different?

EDIT: On second thought, maybe not so different. The side angle just made it look beefier. And of course we see Bebop and a Foot soldier in the new pic.
There's just too many options for TMNT these days. I've always been one to collect as many iterations of the four as I can manage. But now, with overseas and third party companies getting in on it, on top of premium imports and things like Mezco One:12, it's just too much. I'm taking a chance on the Joy Toy versions, but I think this set is a "wait and see" situation. I have nearly every iteration of the basic brothers from Playmates, plenty from NECA, the Revoltech 2012 ones, the DC animated crossover with Batman, Loyal Subjects, One:12, just off the top of my head. I never thought we'd see a time when companies like Playmates and Hasbro were licensing out their flagship lines. TMNT by NECA! GiJoe by Super7! Cats and dogs living together, mass hysteria!
I made this comment on Insta, and I'll repeat it here...
They look like their favorite pizza topping is anabolic steroids.
Gonna be needing this set of Turtles, and maybe Bebop and Rocksteady as well.
@normdapito I don't think Playmates has much say in these things. Especially imports going to be specialty. They used to be able to throw their weight around a bit when it was just Peter Laird running the show, but ever since Viacom bought the turtles they've been doing whatever they want and Playmates can't do a whole lot about it except gripe.
Making the plastron resemble human musculature really makes these guys look as naked as they really are. It's not for me, but at least TMNT fans have a whole bunch of options now. If you can't find a set of TMNT action figures to your liking, then you probably don't like TMNT.
@misfit That's fine by me, because, from my point of view, Playmates is the company falling the shortest in execution. When NECA made their first box set of the comic inspired Turtles (not the Larson set, the ones with long necks and big feet), I finally saw the potential for how good TMNT figures could be! They remain among my favorite figures of all time. Playmates may handle the main line for kids, which isn't bad for us adults either. But the other companies are finally making collector quality figures of these guys. NECA's movie Turtles still blow my mind in terms of how accurate and realistic they look.
These figures look interesting, although I think they're a bit too buff and their heads way too small. Their proportions remind me of the Jim Lee Turtles.
According to preternia the brand is now called "Mety Toyz"

These are neat although the faces are a touch creepy! Especially the menacing grins with human teeth.
If it's supposed to be pronounced as "Meaty" toys then I would say it certainly is appropriate based on these figures.
I did have a laugh at the strained pec shell muscles 🤣 and the lower shell lines sculpted like ripped abs.
I mean, if their limbs mimic human anatomy, why wouldn't their torsos?
