5K's Instagram won't let me view it right now (happens intermittently when you don't have an account, at least to me), but they posted today that Mikey should be releasing late this month. Alternatively:

@cmoney Great news. Can't wait to add Mikey to the collection. I just got he remastered turtles, and realized the Fury toys versions are really a similar size to the vintage figures, which I really enjoy for some reason.
Anyone know if there's been any updates on the Leo reissue? Since Mikey was Q4 2024, that gives me hope that we're still looking at Q1 2025 for Leo.
Then what, spring for Bebop, and maybe a Q3 or Q4 release for Raph depending on when we start to see initial sculpt images?
The creator's Bilibili page has been very quiet the last couple months. I know they showed some fantasy-related stuff at WonderFest in Shanghai (dwarves, the tiger mount, etc), but I haven't heard anything new about not-TMNT stuff since the Bebop reveal.
A video from the factory of Mikey, looks like he's either ready to or has shipped from the factory now?

Here's hoping for a christmas time delivery. I'm waiting on the reissue Leo, but I can't get over Don's level of "hand candy". He's been on my desk for months and he's the first thing I want to pick up if I'm bored on a work call, and it feels like Mikey will instantly unseat him.
I was just messing around with Don, and got curious about the neck articulation because it felt like a peg going into the body with a ball in the head, which really restricted his ability to look up and down. Some boil and pop later, and he does have a double ball peg there for the joint, but the neck was really restricted. So a bit of exacto knifing and he can look much further down and a bit more up, without impacting the sculpt at all.
I'll be curious to see if Mikey's neck has been improved, with shallower set ball joints for the neck and a deeper ball in the head itself that would allow for more range of movement.

Update today: out in Asia now, and on its way to 5K's US warehouse.
New video today. Unboxing Mikey and demonstrating his articulation, etc.:

Mikey's so bright looking, really going to be interesting getting him with the other three. Looks fantastic though.
Hot dang, that new articulation really improves things. Obviously there's the new double elbows and thigh swivels, but the neck looks like a much better range, and I wasn't expecting drop hips or ankle swivels.
With the Neca Donnie's Lair thing, and Super7 just..being what they are, this really feels like the best TMNT thing going right now that is free of any drama, and just straight up toy anticipation.
Makes me wish they were slightly larger to go with 1:12 stuff, and I'd have my collection ending TMNT figures. Maybe they'll make the updated Leo bigger than Mikey, and make Raph bigger too so that they can be fudged in.
A man can dream...
They are 1:12 scale, it's just that the creator intends the characters to be smaller than six-foot humans. The Bebop is like 7" for example. So if they were six inches tall, they wouldn't technically be 1:12 scale anymore! 🙂
Oh for sure, I like that they're basically the same size as the vintage line, but I just wish they were like half an inch taller to really fit in with other 1:12 stuff. Really a slight nitpick for what are the best TMNT figs going right now.
INTERESTING. A third wave containing Winter (Raph?) and two females turtles? Although I guess there is nothing at all to say that the Crimson and Violet are tutles necessarily.
No Rocksteady yet?
Bummer.
Since it says they’re “sisters” I wouldn’t be surprised if these aren’t female turtles but instead a pair of foxes sharing the same base figure but with different paint apps: one standard color (Crimson) the other arctic (Violet)
and I know Crimson is red not orange and Violet is purple not white, but it’s CLOSE, kinda… closer than Jennka’s yellow and Venus’s baby blue (and I wouldn’t consider violet closer to blue than white, white can have violet shadows, Blue would have navy shadows, and yes I’m over thinking this.) and if it’s girl versions of the brothers, why pair Winter and Crimson?! Why not do Spring so you can cobble together a team of four different mask colored turtles without going to the aftermarket… why not Summer?! I personally feel in every reboot since 2012 it would have just made sense to make Summer a girl anyway instead of introducing a 5th Turtle (I mean you look at 2012 Summer and tell me it would be weird if Tara Strong’s voice came out of it instead of Greg Cipes, I mean it would NOW because you’re used to it, but if you turned on the show for the first time and Summer sounded like Twilight Sparkle instead of Beast Boy you wouldn’t think it was weird)
The pairing of a fox with Winter over Not-Rocksteady would even make sense since he loves dating Ninja Foxes! It’s like his one defining trait after “angry one” (note: neither of these traits applies to the ‘87 version of winter)
So yeah, Foxes, one sculpt two different decos, that’s my guess! Can’t wait to get proven disastrously wrong!
