Yes, great pics Damon!

Is anyone else expecting something for SDCC this year?

@jonsnow1 Vis a vis Indiana Jones? I expect to be disappointed. There's no indication this line is continuing so far as I've seen.

Yeah, probably just wishful thinking on my part but I really feel like the demand is there and that would be a good venue for some of the more controversial figures to get released.

Expecting? No. Hoping? Yes.

I think the best chance we have for another figure or two, might actually be the release of the new Indiana Jones game later this year.

I am hoping we at least get a two pack or a set for Pulse Con or SDCC this year. Preferably something with Mola Ram and Willie (or more Raiders) over any Crystal Skull stuff.

I would like to see a new Indy, with closed jacket, multiple gloved hands and a new head, with white dress Marion.

My biggest complaint about the line is the lack of an army builder - especially the germans, considering that they lend themselves a bit better for making up new stories, since they can show up pretty much everywhere (whereas the Thuggees would only fit a specific setting, really). It drove me mad that Indy had basically no one to fight.

However, there is an army builder that might scratch that itch; the MCU Hydra Soldier that was released in the Marvel Legends line a couple years ago. I never got one, though, despite me loving "The First Avenger", and I really started to regret that lately. But I got lucky. I just found someone who sold his Hydra Soldiers - eight figures, including interchangeable heads and gear - for a really good price. They arrived the other day. While I still wish these were Dietrich, Gobbler and a bunch of background germans from "Raiders", I gotta say that I'm really happy with the Hydra Soldiers. I think they fit in perfectly.

Now it is starting to look like a collection 🙂

Man I miss not getting announcements about new figures for this line especially since the 43rd anniversary of Raiders is this week. Looking at Indy and Shorty on my desk at work has me longing for an Indy fix. I still don't have the entire collection but I will eventually. I made sure to get all Raiders figure from the first wave as it is my all time favorite movie. I have Short Round and Professor Indy from the other movies but the rest I only saw once or twice in stores and usually when I was short of collecting funds sadly. Still if I never complete the collection just having any Indy figures in 6 inch scale makes me insanely happy.

The great majority of the line still appears to be on Amazon, so I'd get them now before they're gone.  Most are under MSRP, but after they dry up on the market they will probably go to 2x MSRP or higher.

I'd also recommend the SH Figuarts Indy.  It's awesome.

I've been waiting to get a few figures below MSRP, but TLC Indy and Sr are still full price.

I only have two figures left, Last Crusade Indy & Dial of Destiny Indy.

Pretty disappointed no one actually came with the freakin' Dial...

Hasbro SDCC exclusives announced today, and nothing for Indy. Still hoping we get something for Pulse Con, or at the very least a confirmation the line is done.

I don't think "This line is officially over" is the kind of thing a company does an announcement for.    I think the lack of any product,  or news even,  is probably the evidence that the line is over.    Plus, if you don't announce "It's over"  the door can always remain open a crack for any excuse to release a figure down the line.

Hasbro didn't announce that their Power Rangers figure line was over.   Product just stopped being solicited and then there was an announcement that Playmates would be producing figures.    No news at all is what you get when the line is over.
