@misterskeezler Mine are out for delivery. Good to hear that you are pleased with yours. That makes me even more excited for my pair.

I received my Kasos yesterday & it is awesome!  I really wanted to display him with the hooves, but once I put them on, the awkwardness of hiring the sweet spot of balance proved to cancel out any visual benefit for me.  But the sculpt & paint work are gorgeous.  The articulation is also better than I expected from such a bulky figure.  Definitely my favorite Minotaur in my collection.

Forgot I had put a deposit down on one of these with 5K.   Gotta pay the balance and get him in hand I guess.

If you guys can get only one... what minotaur will you get? Kasos or Thales?

I wish we got Thales in the colors of Kasos lol.

@jokerjester I got Thales because I liked the horns on him more, but I think I'm going to buy Kasos too. Does anyone know if the little bands on his horns are removable?

I just found out about these minotaurs a few days ago. I'm building a small fantasy/mythology shelf so I might need one.

I don't love the color options for either of them. I wish Kasos was a deep brown and had the same horns as Thales. As for Thales, I don't usually think of minotaurs as black, but he would match Asterius from Hades:

If I go for one, it'll be Thales.

@tsi I've also built up my own fantasy/mythology collection in 1:10 scale, but many 1:12 figures work with it. The minotaurs are $65 each, and looking at Thales next to my $75 LC Red Sonja, the value is definitely on the side of the minotaur...by a lot.

I ended up buying both Xesray minotaurs.  Like many others, I prefer the head of the black one but also prefer the brown look.  So...I got both.  Considering they're rather affordable for what you get, I figured...what the hell. I already had the red rhino, so I knew what to expect.  Such solid and well engineered figures.

Just got Kasos delivered today, so now I have both of them. Man...these are so well made that I can't believe the price...just awesome.

I'm hoping they go with a Cyclops next, as they could definitely use this body for it (obviously without the hooves).
