Oh wow. Everything looks great and I will definitely be all in on this line. Plus the reveal on Nacelle's Facebook page of the first figure of wave two-my favorite Captain-James T. Kirk from Generations! Ugh this line could break me financially. LOL Star Trek is my all time favorite property and I have dreamed of a fully articulated 6 inch line of figures and this will scratch that inch big time! Please let this line succeed. I really don't think the alternating waves of assorted and bridge crews will make any difference in what peg warms. There will be peg warmers either way. All lines of action figures face that. I have read so many complaints about bridge crews not being completed by other companies. Now here comes Nacelle saying "hey we are going to do bridge crews and release them all at once in alternating waves!" and yet there is push back. I love our toy community but man we are a fickle bunch and I more than include myself in that fickle bunch. Many times I have complained about a line and then didn't agree with the solution. However for me with this line I feel it is a great something for everyone strategy. Time will tell.

The latest shots of The Expanse figures from ToyFair did not look as good as I had hoped.

The Protomolecule Hybrid looks amazing! I thought not using any transparent plastic was a mistake, but the paint is working. The Expanse figures on display this time look like they may be the actual figures. Can't hardly wait for them to arrive for customers. (Hmm...I wonder if they billed me at the start of the Kickstarter or if that bill is coming soon?)

I'm curious what the ankle articulation will be like for the Nacelle figures. It's hard to tell, but it looks like there may not be any or that it's minimal, at least on the current prototypes. I know it's a nit picky thing, but I love posing my figures!

I went to their site to order Archer and whoops preordered the whole wave! The accessories just got me too hyped!

So is wave two expected to be a full bridge crew or does that start with Wave 3?

With the Kirk reveal (boy does he looks great!) I was thinking the full TNG crew in the generations uniforms would be a pretty perfect lineup.

Fingers crossed for the “full bridge crew wave 3” being Generations TNG. BUMMER to see our UK friends not being able to purchase. I agree with the frustration…this should have been brought up long ago. Looks like even giving them a USA address for purchase doesn’t work either. Food for thought….it would take some trust…but maybe some of us USA fans can get some across the pond to them? Nice to see the pre-order site finally up. As I posted last week these are all the pics I saw when the site accidentally showed up for me. Only thing I noticed different from what I saw is Garrett has the TWOK phaser(take note the Instagram pic though they didn’t fix and she has the VI assault phaser still pictured). But my main question out of all this…who the hell is the redhead?

Nacelle's figures look great, but none of these deepcut characters interest me.  I'm only in it for the main casts of each series.

I'm very curious how this business model will work out. We've all wanted complete teams, but it feels like a big ask to drop nine figures all at once. Like, Q2 of 2026 I'm buying $270 worth of TNG bridge crew, then nothing else from them for two years? I'm sure my display will appreciate it, but it still feels weird.

She's not named as such in the flick and she changed her hair each movie appearance is a diff color but it's Janice Rand.

I just listened to the the www.Trekmovie.com all access podcast for this week. The guest is BVW, owner of Nacelle. Two things he confirmed. Wave two is going to happen. Pre orders of been the best in the company's history so far and that the 3rd wave bridge crew will be TOS as it is the 60th anniversary next year. 10 figures so all 7 main cast plus Chapel and Rand with the 10th figure being decided by email ideas from fans! I can't wait. Haven't said when they will ask yet. I have a long list!

That means I'll buy two then. 🙂 Wonder if I should buy extra Uhuras or Jadzias now so I can swap Chapel and Rand into the packages so my wall stays consistent.

Or, sell those and keep the new ones that will already match. HMMMMMMM.

Gary Mitchell with swappable heads seems a good choice, imho.  Little new tooling and only a minor paint diff between the two heads to show his empowered eyes.  Dunno if they'd want to split him from Dr Dehner, tho.

Some amazing info in that podcast - like, that by contract they cannot reveal which figure is selling the best. I was hoping they’d say which was ahead (and my bet was on Archer). But Paramount doesn’t allow them to say! Why?

This is also my concern.  I'm a life-long Trekkie, but I've never bought figures because they mostly seemed worse than the rest of the market.  Love the accessories and character selection that Nacelle is showing so far, but they're all digital renders so we don't know how well-engineered the figures will be.
