Thanks for the head's up. I've been waiting for the Primal: Ancients to come down a bit. $15 is much more reasonable for what you're getting. The accessory sets dropped a bit too, which is also nice. 

I picked up a few of these from BBTS and I really like them both as is and for the customizing and swapping options with the armors. Looking to pick up some more, focusing on the feline versions.

Has anyone gotten the neck peg off of the torso? For some of the armored torsos, it looks like you could kitbash some nice variations easily by swapping arms, legs, head - but the neck piece might be the wrong color fur - it seems like it ought to be swapable, but I haven't attempted it yet, was curious if anyone has done this. (As an example, putting the Vero Atlas head and arms on the Tiberius armor....)

So to answer my own question, you can pop the neck off - takes some effort but doable. Not easy to get back on.

I keep forgetting to post about these. I'm not an anthropomorphic guy, but these samurai figures are very much my speed. Looking forward to the elite samurai in particular. The white guy, not so much.

Seems like he's not necessarily supposed to be a white guy, just that he has blonde hair. And apparently an homage to a One Piece character I guess (never read it).

I definitely would like a nice samurai figure on my shelf. The Articulated Icons ones just weren't quite it since they also had to serve as ninja. But this looks more like what I've been craving.

Yeah.... those figures look really nice.     

I wanted to get into the Spero Toys AWOK stuff, but always stopped short as they just played a little too cartoony for my tastes and while I was tempted by some of the larger beasts - the arm length seems like it was engineered for the Gorilla and then just had every other animal superimposed on it so it always looked off and I couldn't pull the trigger.

But these look really good.   I had to verify this is 1/12th - since Spero started in 1/18th I wanted to make sure before I got too excited.    But I like the look.    I'll be in for at least one... I'll have to see the full slate of offerings to know for sure, but some good Samurai figures would never be unwelcome.

The last Black Friday sale was freaking awesome. Got blue/red Lion Guy and another Onyx. Onyx makes great minions for my squad with Blight, Hyena guy, and White Tiger guy. Blue/Red Lion guy is the first of my Lion squad I’ll build with the female Lion warriors and big Lion mane warrior coming next year.
