Man, that mention of the Jersey Devil makes me wish there were more Cryptid figures. I'd at least love a Jersey Devil and Mothman. I know some companies have taken stabs at them, at least Mothman, but almost always a bit more cartoony. I doubt NECA would ever do something like it, but maybe Four Horsemen in something like their Figura Obscura line, or something adjacent?

I'd kill for a Figura Obscura Mothman, that would be excellent. There are definitely some insectoid parts available to reuse from the Cosmic Legions figures, so it might not be too far fetched.

@presidentjuggernaut actually it’s bird parts they need, not insectoid ones. Mothman is more like a giant owl than a month. The media needed a catcher name than ‘bird man’ and the misnomer of ‘mothman’ stuck.

@buttmunch He's usually described as a giant, owl-like bird, though there are certainly depictions of him being more insect-like. Honestly, I'd be cool with either interpretation.

LOTS of goodies!  They've got Invisible Man in his lounge jacket, Imhotep un-wrapped, Hammer Helsing, and...the red coffin for BK Dracula?  I'm curious how that one's going to get out.

@detrimental-fig I really hope we don’t have to get that from Lootcrate again. They’re just getting sleazier and sleazier.

Neca collection is going to swell the largest it has in a while with these reveals.  I figured we'd get that IM, but I've been praying for this Imhotep since the beginning of the line never thinking we'd actually get it...  I'm ecstatic!

Really happy for the jacketed Invisible Man and Imhotep. After all, while the wrapped Mummy is definitely iconic, he appears in the Imhotep form for like 95% of the movie, so it would be a shame not to get it. Even the new Nosferatu looks pretty good. Wonder if we'll end up seeing any figures for the new movie coming out. Glad to see the Universal love hasn't ended just yet. Still gotta track down the accessory sets for my figures!

But the Hammer stuff is really looking good too. Lee and Cushing is a great place to start; excited to see where it goes from here. Now the question becomes- do I mix the properties on the shelf, or keep them all separate?

I would have gotten both anyways, but I'm very glad they're doing the smoking jacket too.

I feel really stupid for buying those loot crates to get the BK monsters.  I'm all for people getting a chance at them, but I feel like I was swindled.

@cmoney Just an issue of space. The other one is nice but this is the iconic look to me.

@captaincracker same here. Lootcrate has gone so far down hill and is just one level above a Ponzi scheme. I was glad to be done with them when Wolfman arrived. I really wish the red coffin was available separately for those of us that went through the trouble of ordering them through Lootcrate.

A little concerned by the diminishing articulation on some of these. Smoking Jacket IM, Van Helsing, and Imhotep look like they have no leg articulation whatsoever. Kind of glorified traffic cones, similar to Lily Munster and the Ho1KC rereleases.

I think they have articulation underneath the soft plastic/rubber overlays.

On a different note: NECA needs to offer those head stands again.  Too many good alternates with this line that I'd like to display somehow.

New "Bride..." Creature looks great.  I'm in the minority with that being a film I really don't like, but I think this look is one of his best.
