@felgekarp the Paris Catacombs (which I’ve actually been to!), Transylvania, and Sleepy Hollow.

At least they were horror related, kind of.

@buttmunch

Is it bad I actually like the Jersey Devil towel and the bottle opener though? :p

@detrimental-fig not at all. Just disappointing after getting NECA figures in the last 4 crates. Didn’t feel like I got a good value on this one but the items themselves are fine for what they are.

Man, that mention of the Jersey Devil makes me wish there were more Cryptid figures. I'd at least love a Jersey Devil and Mothman. I know some companies have taken stabs at them, at least Mothman, but almost always a bit more cartoony. I doubt NECA would ever do something like it, but maybe Four Horsemen in something like their Figura Obscura line, or something adjacent?

Anywho, back on topic. I also saw Burke at Target the other day. I'd already snagged him from WalMart before, and he's not one I necessarily need 2 of, but I'm happy that distribution seems to be pretty good. Makes me more hopeful to eventually find black robe Jigsaw and Hannibal in-store.

@joshsquash729 Funny you say that, I went to Wal-Mart on my lunchbreak yesterday and they had a one-shelf carboard display with them and, I think, a Fiend out.  I scoped the Hannibal for purchase, but decided even though it looks great it's out of my price-range.

Add anything for the extra penny to get free shipping. Laundry detergent, etc.

I've added like a $5 gift card in the past, or a roll of packing tape or whatever. 🙂

Or have a Target red card.

@justice honestly, getting a red card was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a toy collector. The 5% discount is nice as it takes a bit of the tax sting out of purchasing. The free shipping is probably the best part though. Highly recommended the red card to anyone that even occasionally shops at target but especially if you order toys from time to time, even if it’s just for exclusives or sales.

I buy a lot of my online Target stuff with discounted gift cards, usually waiting for a sale when they're 10% off.
