Can’t believe I get to start the new thread after starting the old one. Anyways: biggest development since the snap: Loot Crate (hold your applause) is releasing a 6-crate Universal Monsters-themed Loot Fright series. 4 of the crates will include figures that are an homage to Burger King’s 1990s Universal Monsters kids meal promotion and the other two crates will most likely include the glow-in-the-dark Remco homage Dracula and Phantom of the Opera figures, completing that sub-line as well.
And my Creature was just delivered minutes ago and I finally completed my Monster Squad lineup.
After the currently announced classic or Universal Monsters from NECA what is left that you guys are hoping for?
Hunchback and The Fly are probably tops on my list.

Mr. Hyde
Smoking Jacket Invisible Man
Metaluna Mutant
Furry shirted Monster from Son of Frankenstein
Dr. Frankenstein
Dr. Van Helsing
Countess Marya Zaleska (Dracula's Daughter)
Ygor (Son of Frankenstein)
Do we have any news on how the glow-in-the-dark Dracula will be released?
Really hoping he's not hard to get, and we can get him before Halloween this year. I wanna use the glow-in-the-dark Universal Monsters for Halloween decorations.
Randy finally returned from his sabbatical to do an interview with a Facebook page called "Monster Manor".
Don't bother watching the interview if you're looking for any reveals beyond what I'm about to say. Not to mention, sound quality was dreadful throughout it. Quiet, constant feedback, echos interrupting what Randy was saying. It was bad.
That said, I did get Randy to reveal via a question in the chat that Hammer is still a go, and we will be seeing them finally at Toy Fair!
He said most of their 2024 lineup will be shown at the show.
Oh, also...talking to them at PowerCon: Wink and nods on Wednesday figures coming. 😀

Glad to hear it, thanks for the update!

Yes!
I've kinda been moving away from NECA's horror offerings ever since I first got into Mezco and Jada's stuff around last year, but I'm simply thrilled to hear that Hammer figures are still coming. I need a Christopher Lee Dracula something fierce, so this is gonna pull me right back in.
I found the B&W Bride and Color Phantom of the Opera at Target. I couldn't pass up getting a Phantom! Fantastic paint on the two sets I saw in the store. The two Brides also looked great.

Apparently Jada no longer has the UM license, so that line will remain incomplete.

Yeah, that's what I had heard. While it sucks that Jada isn't gonna get that Mummy they showed off released, they still managed to get to all the monsters I really wanted out so I'm ultimately satisfied with where the line ended.
For any big fans of the Mummy or line completionists, I still really feel for ya.
I was able to get the Creature from the Black Lagoon from Best Buy (and it arrived in the locker awful quick, to boot). Really fantastic figure with some beautiful sculpting all over. It feels like they keep having "one of their best" in this line every other release, but this is really up there. This one feels like the "needed it to be complete" figure for me.
The Creature is still available from Best Buy. I just ordered one yesterday with free shipping and dropped my BBTS pre-order.
