Fwush was the one I had to get because of his connection to Fwoosh. He still might be my favorite in the line, I just love that shade of blue.

Not digging the Plunderbeaks. I think my main issue is no feathers on the bird heads or torso's & arms. Heck, nothing about the bodies look birdlike at all to me.
I don't hate them, but I'm probably not getting any of these. I think just a winged Plunderling would have been more interesting since they are rather imp-like. I suppose these bird creatures play into the tropical setting better.
Yeah, was pretty disappointed in these myself. When I saw them on Saturday I wondered if the bodies were just Plunderlong bucks or something new but never investigated due to a lack of interest. Like you said, the bodies and the heads don't feel like they go together.
Everything they've done since the Plunderlings have really missed the mark for me. I ended up getting rid of the Plunderstrongs and Plunderlongs I picked up in the presale or whatever it was.
But I'm going to be all over that iguana, if/when it's released.
@grumpymatt I didn't go totally crazy with the Plunderstrong and Longs, since I wasn't in love with their designs. But FOMO got me during the campaign. Only opened a green Strong. Was it easy to get rid of your's? Did you at least break even?
I really love(d) the Plunderlings, but I haven't loved the other stuff in this line. I sometimes feel compulsed to continue a line if I loved the initial offerings. Have to learn to have a cut-off and not feel obligated to continue to support (financially anyway) lines.
That said, these birds are ok. I don't mind the green and white ones. Not a fan of how black the white one's bill gets at the tip. The other two have similar color change through their bills, but they all shouldn't have to follow that pattern. I'd much prefer no black on the white one's bill.
I sold them not long after receiving the Kickstarter order. They didn't go quick but eventually sold. I'd say I probably broke even or lost a little bit with shipping and fees.
I just took a quick look on eBay and there seems to be some demand for the Kickstarter exclusive figures, which I did not order.
I had the same problem, though, I really liked the Plunderlings and basically wanted to support Lone Coconut so I talked myself into liking the Strongs and Longs but they just weren't the same in hand. I actually kind of despise Plunderlongs.
