I know I'll be placing an order soon. The only reason I didn't pre-order was the fact that I've not bought any of their stuff before but now that the reviews are hitting and they all seem positive my resolve will collapse.

I mostly post from work which doesn't allow me to pull photos to post - but I'll see if I can find some other people's pics to inspire. But I know Unparalleled Universe did some nice in hand reviews on You Tube
Edit: A good place for a bunch of good photos is the Facebook Group (I know <shudder>) Fresh Monkey Fiction Fans. Lots of nice photos - including tons of pictures showing mash-ups of the extra parts - heads, hands and armors - on compatible Hasbro MCU or G.I. Joe Classified bodies... might be dangerous for you though 😀

The answer is yes. I'm too cluttered right now to get any pictures that would do them justice, but they're pretty great. The soldiers are wonderfully tactical and the Sleepwalkers are delightfully eerie.
@panthercult I'm very afraid I'll get a few then have the irresistible urge to troop build like a maniac...lol
I've already got ideas for a Red Shadows / Crimson Moon / Crimson Shadow Technology faction to harass both G.I. Joe and Cobra.
That's exactly what I'm using them for - and they are perfect for that. And I've curtailed my Cobra team army building a great deal, but can't resist the urge with these guys. They are fun and good.
They're good for that but The Crimson Moon wave delivers the concept so much better. They took the wind out of the sails of wave 1 with those preorders. It's unfortunate the Crimson Moon Sleepwalker won't match the Crimson Moon Wave figures because of the wash and darker color scheme. Puts them in a weird spot.
I ended up troop building Obsidian Elite figures. I have four in hand and might grab another 4. The skull face head works good and will go well with Dr. Caligari. I did notice that the final figure is missing the tie that was in the initial renders. I still wish the Heavy Weapons figure had colors that were more like the render and not the weird shiny color they went with for the cloth parts.
Still passing on the Delta Reds. I had 4 of the Nocturnal Ones preordered but these hit during a really expensive month so made it easier to skip them. I think they're good looking figures, but I'd rather Monster Force just be a squad of monsters and I don't really need troopers for the team. They're cool enough they could be used for other purposed but with them being $40+ with tax I find it hard to justify them as a generic troopers.
I'm not crazy for hero troop building either, but I did get one urban Delta Red as a vampire ally for Declan, and a nocturnal Delta Red to some day put a werewolf head on and make a werewolf ally.
Eventually Declan's going to have a full Monster Squad with a Frankenstein and an invisible man. I'm so excited.
The BBTS exclusive with extra Declan head seems a good buy. Eraser and Donner additions will be cool. I’m interested in the rotting zombie solders too.

I don't disagree but that Crimson Moon wave is still like a year away - and these will scratch an itch in the mean time and then can be the foot soldiers in the back when those guys are the front line. The alt Crimson Moon heads still work pretty well on them.

Probably that's exactly what they are. I know the monster story is the entire angle on Operation: Monster Force, but it's not the draw for me. I don't care that much about monsters really - so this is much more about the Crimson Moon angle for me. All the zombie and or werewolf heads will just go in a fodder box or something, but I'll have a very nice Red Shadows display.

Your shelf, your rules, but the official version is that the Sleepwalkers are still-living people put into a controllable, zombie-like state by Dr. Caligari's Xeiss gas.
I'm not sure how much the extra heads are meant to be actual in-story options. Like, I also don't know if the jet Sleepwalkers are actually rocket wolfmen, or if that's just a fun alternative for you.

and hey! Wave 3 up for preorder. Just ordered Dr Rand. Ordering something for 2026 sounds insane.
The Ambassador is the must-have for me. Very bummed that the Lovecraft head they'd originally showed with the figure is now behind an "all-in" pay wall. I'd thought it was a really cute IYKYK gag, but not a "$190 worth of figures I don't want" type thing.
Okay, maybe I'm also kind of interested in Mr. Legacy, but that's only because I thought he'd look cool with Peter from FMF's Voyagers line, and I haven't heard a peep about that since they'd posted the pictures a while back.
Here's hoping Hanna Barbera never issue a cease and desist on that Dr Rand
