@blankslate Always assume late with FMF. Love their stuff, but they like to show stuff off but it can be a hot minute until it comes out (if it even does)

Having seen the prototypes in person at PowerCon, I'm so excited. I'm on board fully, no matter what. I think they'll get here. I'm not worried about it.

Sort've. I said before that this line has kind of given me reveal-fatigue and that's still the best way I can think of to describe it. It's kind of like Super7 as well. You can reveal product all day long, but if you're showing me stuff that's not even going to be at market until like 2025 then.. it's hard to care.
That's how I feel with this line right now. It's not that I don't think this stuff is going to ever come out, or that I don't think the product will be good, or anything like that. It's just that anything they're going to show at this point is SO far away and I haven't even held a figure yet to know if I truly like the product. So while I'm not -upset- that they keep showing product, I'm also a lot less interested than I'd like to be. If that makes sense.

The Santa I've got is really solid, so I'm not super concerned about quality. As KnightDamian said the preorders going up so far out is sapping some of my interest, but it's not really any concern that the figures won't come or that they won't be good. I'm certain I'll pick up some of this line, maybe even a lot of it, it's just really far away at the moment.
It's kind of like they're revealing two separate but compatible lines. One with monster characters and one for fans of military figures.
Is there anybody here going all-in on the monsters AND the generic soldiers and general?
Like I said above, yeah. I'm all in. I'm even doing multiples of the army builders.
Don't know about all-in, that's a lot of product, but I do think I'll pick up a selection of both.
@fletch I'm picking up both but mostly because I'm a Classified Collector as well. When I do skip stuff though it comes from the soldier side. I skipped the Delta Reds entirely and I'm still not sure about the Phantom Corps with Action Soldier coming and having Valaverse and Joe figure that work well in that role anyway.
I do think the line has suffered a bit in Wave 2 with having basically a separate generic military line shoved into it. Like I really need a non-zombie monster reveal next week.
Hoping to see photos of Van Helsing in hand.. and wallow in my regret over the Longbox Heroes..
