I forgot to preorder Strongheart and Zarak - gotta grab them. Strongheart was one of those action figures I had as a kid I never had any context for and loved him.

I have Warduke and Strongheart on the way. As much as I like them I think I need to stop here due to cost. Although I would probably break for Northlord and the Ogre King . I would love to see Necas take on them.

I'm going the other way with my request — I'm just after Elkhorn the dwarf at this point. Along with Warduke, he was my favorite figure back in the day.

I'd also take a Hook Horror and Dragonne.

And don't get me started on the bendies and PVC guys ...

Well, they showed Elkhorn at SDCC so you will get at least that wish.  🙂

Wow, just searched him up and Elkhorn looks great. Was there word of the second figure in the wave? I didn't see anything.

And I gotta say, without the Fwoosh forums it was like SDCC barely happened this year ...

Haven't seen anything other than Elkhorn, and haven't seen any preorders pop up yet.  Hoping they give us some more info and reveals soon.  I kinda expect it to be another hero since the first wave was two villains and the second was a 1/1 split.

I'd guess one of the wizards but I'd hope for Melf the elf — though I can't picture two little guys in one series.

As a kid, all I had were Warduke, Strongheart, Grimsword, Elkhorn, and this big white plasticky looking paladin dude whose name I can never remember. If I get an update of him done, I'd be well chuffed.

Thanks to the handy visual guide from Retro Toy Quest I bought at Power Con, I see that you're talking about Bowmarc.

And considering Grimsword was one of the first two figures NECA made, I don't think Bowmark's that far out of reach.

Elkhorn went up today.  Lol at all that glorious stuff he comes with!

These accessories are incredible. I've passed on the line so far, but Zarak has tempted me and Elkhorn is a definite buy for the accessories alone.

No nostalgia for the line, though I've been playing DnD for 30 years, these figures were before my time. But I love fantasy figures and have several Mythic Legions. I'm wondering if on my Legion's dwarf heads would fit on this body with some tinkering, or if it'll be too small.

I tend to ignore dwarves in these lines. I ignored them entirely in all the Mythic Legions I ever bought...but I may get this guy. He's got a lot of character that's really catching my eye.

Only bad part about this is he's lonely.  More figures, NECA.  Please.

At first glance, I'm like is crazy. What's he talking about? Then I think about it and realize these guys were first released 40 years ago ...

Elkhorn does look great and it's nice to see NECA load up on accessories when it comes to a smaller figure.
