Pepe and Deadly go up for pre-order at the end of October. Not sure of the final price, but a lot can go into the cost of a figure, including articulation and paint applications -- not just figure size and accessories, although those are the big ones.

And I believe the figure AFTER Pepe and Deadly has been sculpted, so hopefully they will come out a little faster. Not sure if s/he will be at NY Toy Fair or Comic-Con, but maybe!

It's great to see you joined these new boards! I really appreciate all the info you share with us. Thanks for sharing this amazing info about Uncle Deadly and Pepe and the next figure! I'm so happy and excited to hear the next figure is being worked on so quickly. That's amazing news! Deadly and Pepe going up for preorder and news about the next figure are both happening much earlier than I thought. Thanks again!

I'm glad that they go up for preorder soon, but I hope it's not a 6-12 month wait to get them after that.

The first Doozer hit my POL, but it's otherwise empty so it will be a while before I get to check him out.  I'm really looking forward to the Fraggle line.

I won't commit to those Fraggles, as much as I want to support a company like Boss Fight, til I know how they'll look with other Muppets lines. My preference is that they scale well with DST, but I still might consider them if they scale with Palisades, even though I don't display those. Or maybe they'll be so good that the Fraggles get their own display? As if I had room for that...

@normdapito The Fraggles appear to be in scale with Palisades, but I won't be getting them. I still need to order that Diamond backstage, and I would really like to snag up the other Palisades I need.

It will be! All of our pre-orders open up approximately 6 months in advance of release, every single one, since time immemorial. It's slowed down a little since Covid, for some reason, so some items are taking longer, but 6-7 months is still the average. We don't place an order with the factory until we gather orders from retailers, so we don't over- or under-order, and many retailers need to gather orders from customers before THEY order for the same reason. It's a process that takes at least a month after the initial solicitation. Then there's tooling, sample reviews, packaging, packaging approval, trans-Pacific and trans-continental shipping, etc. It adds up.

The Fwoosh review of Flange Doozer includes a picture with the Doozer figure next to different Scooter figures. Based on that photo, I'm guessing the Fraggle figures will be somewhere between the DST and Palisades figures. Since the DST Scooter is about half an inch shorter than most of the other DST Muppets, I'm hoping the Fraggles are close enough to fit with the DST Muppets. You could be right that they'll be closer to Palisades.

Zach mentioning the next Muppet figure being sculpted makes me wonder why it's a single figure. My guess is it's Sweetums, which would be amazing! Or, maybe they've just finished sculpt on of figure in the next two-pack, or they're switching to releasing single figures for the line. I'm happy waiting until the fall NY Cons or later to find out.

The Fraggles themselves are listed at 5", 2" taller than the Doozers, and about the size of Palisades Kermit.  They will be much closer to Palisades than DST.

@msword Glad to hear that Deadly and Pepe aren't the last ones. Any chance for a re-release of Crazy Harry and the Penquin? I'm definitely going to pick up that backstage set for Bean and Mahnamana.

I could really use some Snowths to go with Mahna Mahna.

Yes, definitely! Now that Mahna Mahna is getting re-issued with the backstage boxset, maybe we'll actually get them in the future.

It'd be great if Sweetums was next. He was a favorite of mine on The Muppet Show. Can't wait for Uncle Deadly.

It looks like DST will be showing Muppet merch at Toy Fair at the end of the month! I wonder if it will be the new figure Zach mentioned or another showing of Pepe and Uncle Deadly.

Walter and Lips makes sense.

Palisades did variants. I love my Kermit as Indy. Pigs in Space would be awesome. Gonzo the Great in his super hero get up.

I’d love the Newsman imagine the memes  of him covering current news events.

I saw a pic on Instagram of NECA Alf in the booth with Stafford and Waldorf heckling. It was great! Bit large. It fit. I was surprised.

Thwipp!
