@mistervoorhees Yeeeaah, same.

They're certainly very quick to take your money and then, typical Mezco, don't really feel any particular obligation to you as a customer after they do so. So mine has also been just sitting since it charged. I will say that the only other figure I bought direct from Mezco was the second Conan figure and once it did ship, it was here in like a fuckin' DAY. Which is absolutely wild. So I don't feel right complaining about the price IF that's typical, because that's nuts and totally worth it.

But I mean.. slower shipping wouldn't hurt at all if they actually sent the package when they charged you for it, so I'm still torn. At this point, I don't care if it takes a little longer to get to me one way or another as long as I get a complete action figure without major QC problems or missing/faulty/incorrect parts.

Because so far in that regard Mezco is embarrassing themselves at 33% in my collection.

Oh yeah, that signature stuff is annoying. Mine sat in "Label Created" purgatory since the 22nd of August and the day before I was leaving for a long weekend it finally updated to "In Progress." Since it was going from NY to MA via FedEx, it got here the next day when, of course, no one would be home. I had to do that indirect signature thing and tape it to my door. Thankfully, I have a cat as it meant I would have someone coming by to feed her while I was away so they put the box inside for me. When you're dealing with unreliable providers it just makes it so hard to plan for a delivery, but at least it's done and I hopefully will never be tempted to order direct from Mezco again.

Cool! I'll mail them to you. I don't think we can PM each other on this new platform, but you can email me your address: hagop9 (at) gmail.com

I remember when a Mezco drop was big news around here ...

Not sure about this Slugfest guy — anyone know what the body is from? I assume it's a reuse. Seems pretty big. I do like the pulverizing hand and B3GO but I'm really trying to rein it in.

Unimpressed. I might try to pick him up later, on the cheap. He's not worth the sticker price to me.

Good call, I hadn't thought of the Popeye stuff.

I have to assume this means they got the star wars license, because that's just mandalorian luke with a cockroach head and sith lightsaber.

Must you remind me that its a cockroach head? 🤣😭

What a horrible idea for a mascot. Why would anyone want a god damn cockroach action figure?! I am still looking for the right head to replace that awful roach head on Union Gomez.

You're probably right about the Star Wars license, though.

Wonder if that RUMBLR means there's a chance for them to finally do that Batmobile they teased years ago. From what I remember, Mez said they originally nixed it because doing vehicles turned out to be too complex for them (in terms of manufacturing, iirc).

It might not be worth it if they need to pay royalties, which is why i imagine that is not a GI Joe vehicle.

Seems a touch ridiculous that a week after charging for Solomon Kane, there's (as best I can tell) no movement on actually shipping him out or even making a shipping label for him. Just really needed the cash in hand, huh Mez?

For those keeping score... there's also still zero movement on that replacement Conan arm they said I would be sent out, several excuses ago.

I got a 'processing soon' email on 9/1 for Solomon, haven't seen any movement since.

@jonaskane Yeah, I wrote a week for some reason, I meant to write 'several weeks.'

Like I said.. Mez must have realized he needed beer money or something, so just decided to charge up some shit that he didn't even have in hand yet.
