So, the campaign has launched and the most pledge option is the "all in" set. I will never not be surprised by the completionist collector mindset, more power to them, though. I was expecting the basic blue one to be the most popular from the start.

While I'm skipping the campaign myself due to the figure being so over detailed that I simply don't find it appealing, I can commend Todd on promising a chance of many more accessories to come with it that the first time around. They've clearly learned their lessons from the first campaign.

Feel like it's a little scummy to still not have the stretch goals up.  At one every $250k then it would need what, 4-4.5 mil to get every accessory shown? When the image has them listed as "free" but no tiers shown it makes it seem as if it comes with the figure no matter what.

@samalas

I was really frustrated and confused too about this, but then I followed the comments and social media.  I know he added 4 more in the afternoon yesterday and is doing it "unofficially" as a thank you.  And no, it would need around $3.5 million, which is what the last Kickstarter did.  I think that's his goal.

I'm not backing anything until I know those 2 chestplates are included - that's the most appealing part of the figure.  He's gonna do a poll too afterwards about how often to do these.  I think 1 a year should be a minimum.  This is an impressive set no doubt, but 2 figures every 4-5 years hardly excites me. He could do 4 a year on his site, but I would never expect Todd to please his audience or be reasonable.

I'm in for a single blue. 1 year going forward keeps it specialish. Multiple Haslabs a year have burned me out some.

I really want all the weapons, but it seems like it'd have to be in that 4 mil+ range. The 'free' accessories image shows 16 pairs(assuming on some since we know the forearm pads and chain are included in the just announced 1.25), which at every 250k puts it at 4 mil on the dot.

Idk, it seems like it has the legs and if it makes it it won't matter at all lol, I'd just like to know in advance.

Will there be a backerkit? Is it possible to pledge for the blue, and then add the black as an add-on in the backerkit without getting the artist proof version?

I think he's keeping it loose and undefined specifically so he can do it whenever he wants. He probably has an idea in mind of when he'd like to add each item, but he also wants to leave the door open to be able to add an item if he feels like daily numbers are slumping a little or he just wants to drive some more interest -- without having to be like 'I'm moving this goal forward' (with the unspoken rationale being that things aren't going as well as he wants).

As-is, Uncle Todd pops in whenever he feels like it (even if there's definitely a reason we don't know about) and throws free stuff at us. Makes it interesting and less predictable, and keeps people engaged and checking the KS all the time because you never know when he might add something.

Not saying I agree with it all, or that anyone else has to. But I think that's how he's reasoned it out.

And I don't care anyway. As cool as all the extras are, after the hands, classic bracers, and optional collar piece unlocked I don't even think there's any other items I'd ever use. It's all just more stuff that'll stay in the box forever, as far as I'm concerned.

The latest update has the unpainted gray one now painted silver with a wash. Damn if it doesn't look good. I see me adding that to my purchase. It can just be a huge medieval knight.

W.T.F. - If I order the Blue and Silver ones on their own, shipping goes from $25 to $50. If I buy the 3-pack, shipping is $40. That would be ok, but the 3 pack has a signed blue figure which raises that figures cost from $58 to $110, and I could give a shit about a signed placard. I guess I can still get it and recoup some cost selling the black figure.

The Kickstarter is confusing as fuck with images that don’t really say what’s included and what’s not unlocked, a weird “I unlock what I want when I want” layout, and updates being weird little shorts were Todd kinda free form explains what he’s looking at calls everything “sassy”

so can someone smarter than me tell me:

-Does the Silver “Prototype” come with the Roman Helmet?

the Roman Helmet used to be listed as “Blue/Black editions only” but that’s been removed from the graphics, the Roman Helmet was also in the box when revealed the Silver Edition (but so was the as of yet unlocked Big Axe), but I can find a graphic, video, or text update confirming it’s inclusion.

@doc-baghead  Don't quote me on this because I'm also finding it really confusing - but I could have sworn that at some point it was stated that every figure comes with every unlocked accessory. This is confirmed close to the top of the campaign page where it says 'every backer will receive...' and lists all the free add-ons Todd has gone over (including the Roman helmet).

In fact, it looks like the campaign page changed a fair bit from how it was laid out originally - probably specifically to add clarity to this and remove the stuff about different color figures coming with different accessories/options. Weirdly, they chose to say 'every backer' instead of 'every figure.' I don't think there's any meaning to that beyond this thing being kind of thrown together whenever Todd's whims change.

But still. I would be pretty comfortable guessing, at this point, that every figure comes with every accessory. The only difference being that you can only get the big sword with the knuckle guard if you buy the three-pack.

Forgot this ended today. I was seriously considering just getting the blue and silver one both unsigned. Ended up with the 3 pack instead, which was only offered with the blue one signed for the higher price. Ah well, chances are I'll sell the black armored one unless I'm blown away by it.

Oh, and I'm pretty positive all items became unlocked at 2M.

This one didn't do nearly as well as his first kickstarter with the pre-posed one. I think it's mostly because so many Spawns have been made since then, that their isn't the demand.

Honest to goodness -  I don't even like Spawn, like not even a little bit -  but this figure is really attractive to me for some reason.   I just really like the look in these specific colors.   If I saw this on the shelf I would buy
