I don't think the Quint's gonna fit, no. It's only 15" long, it's not properly-scaled. Probably can get the head in, but I don't see half the figure fitting in there.
As far as Toy fair, im liking:

The Jaws figures look really nice. I've never actually seen Jaws (once again, a bad nerd), but those figures look really nice. Even if Quint can't fit in Bruce's mouth, I'm sure some cool displays can still be made with it.
Really happy they're continuing the Horror lines- the Metaluna Mutant and Masque of Red Death were nice surprises and look great. Absolutely can't wait to add them to the collection. Nice that they're releasing a single-carded Creature from Bride of Frankenstein as well; never did manage to get the one with the chair.
The new Alien looks really nice as well. I dig the original one well enough, but there's no denying this one looks great.
Never seen any of the Terrifier movies either (and never will- as someone who hates over the top gore, everything I've heard about them leads me to believe I'd hate them), but I can recognize what an icon Art has become, and I'll probably end up snagging him for the horror shelf regardless.
The What We Do In The Shadows Toony Terrors look great as well. I know we'd seen them before, but just seeing them makes me happy!
Seeing Krampus and Der Klown again, which I keep forgetting about, just makes me all the more eager to finally get them. I can't imagine they're the easiest figures to produce, but the wait really has been such a bummer. At this rate, it'll be Christmas again before they start to hit.
If you want the Bride of Frankenstein Creature with the chair, it's been on clearance on Best Buy's site for a while now. They seem to be the only place outside of the NECA Store that carried it.

But I forgot to add Beetlejuice! It's a bit of a bummer that the 2 iconic looks are tied to the sequel; would've been nice if they'd included an alternate head to make the original version (even if the striped suit version has the pant legs untucked from the boots, so not accurate to the first film)
Really cool seeing all the other Beetlejuice stuff too- the accessories. I wonder how it's all gonna be split up. Seems like way too much for one accessory set. I wonder if the Priest and Sandworm aren't getting full single releases themselves and all the statues, graves, and Beetlejuice snake aren't in the set.
I think it was in Pixel Dan's walkthrough where Blaine mentioned that the Beetlejuice accessories may be split into two sets depending on how it prices out. But he also said the Sandworm is coming as part of a 2-pack with another unrevealed Ultimate Beetlejuice figure.

One thing that the video seems to confirm, more or less, and which I had suspected: this game version of Bruce is what we're getting instead of a true Ultimate Bruce. Even at the time when they were talking about it years ago (and even showed how big it would be), I figured price point was going to be an issue, and that has only become a bigger issue in the time since. Disappointing, but if I can live without Brody I can live without Bruce. At least Quint and Hooper look good.
In memoriam:
I'm fully aware most of the Halloween sequels were absolutely terrible, but Michael Myers has always been my favorite slasher. I'm thrilled to see Neca wading deeper into the pool of different looks for him.
Damn out of the country and the new Ben Cooper kid set went up and sold out overnight on me.
