@joshsquash729 Where are you located? I never got the Street Scene but was tempted a few times. I'm actually more tempted by the cartoon version and may order it when it's offered again. If you're in L.A. (or SoCal), I may be interested. Regarding selling it online. I haven't looked at the aftermarket pricing, but I imagine shipping costs for it may scare away people. It does seem to be available for preorder at BBTS for $115, and their shipping costs are so low, you may have a hard time selling it. Unless you can do it locally.
And does the new Fwoosh not have private messaging? I can't figure it out, if it's available.
Alas, I'm about as far away from you as you can get- NY. But that's good to know! I appreciate your help! I've thought about taking it up to one of my local secondhand shops that buy things, but you know how that goes- they'll give you $30 for something and then turn around and sell it for $100 or more.
I picked up the Ultimate Fiend after finding it for a really good price on eBay. It is exactly what I expected, which is to say they took the Ultimate Ghostface body, slapped some new hands and heads on it, and then threw in some new accessories. It works really well so I'm not complaining.
Now, I know the Graves era of the band is more controversial than the Danzig era, but I can't help but find it a little strange that he comes with the candelabra and Basil Gogos painted head, but doesn't come with a small scale American Psycho album from which both of those are pulled.
Regardless, I really like it. Not only as a fan of the band, but he fits right in with the rest of my NECA horror stuff.
@super-cracked Has there been any knockoff NECA stuff other than the movie TMNT turtles? I don't remember any being mentioned. Although the Batman vs Alien set can still be found. I imagine those must be knockoffs.
Honestly, I dunno...I never knowingly bought a knock-off, although I've been tempted many, many times. I have PLENTY of "3rd party" stuff, but no KO's. I hear some are really good and worth every fraction of a penny. No, seriously - I've nothing against KO's.
@joshsquash729 Sometimes there are toy stores who have showcases/cabinets for different sellers. You leave stuff there on commission. Not sure what kind of cut they take, though.
I know Fwoosh has lost its trading section, but maybe find some sites that have trading/selling forums. You can post your Street Scene on there and mention local pickup only. Maybe someone will bite. You can also try Craigslist and Offer Up. I think Mercari also has a local pickup option too.
The Miner figure from My Bloody Valentine has been spotted at Target, along with the new version of MacReady from The Thing and the black-and-white Creature From the Black Lagoon. Likely these are going up on the site Friday morning as part of the Fall Geek-Out NECA drop this week.
Picked up the Miner. He's 80% Michael Myers 2018 reuse, which...I can't really blame them for. It's still a cohesive, good looking figure. It just means he's stuck with the old style hips. Which haven't been a problem here, but I'm spoiled and only want the ball and socket types for everyone.

When I saw they were doing the Miner as an Ultimate, my first thought was that it was only because they were re-using Myers parts, but I never looked closely enough to confirm it.
Miner, new MacReady, and b&w Gillman are all up on the Target site for order.

Being saddled with the old hips is a bit unfortunate. I've had both a NECA Ultimate Leatherface and cartoon Leatherhead break at that spot, so I'm always a bit weary about that kind of joint.
Still might pick him up regardless. Not super attached to the movie, but man is it a REALLY cool design.
I'm sincerely hoping that by seeing the Miner in Ultimate form that means we see some other Retro or Toony only licenses make it over there:
- Teen Wolf
- Hatchet
- They Live
- Candyman
- Re-Animator
I definitely would be down for some They Live aliens. Snake Plisskin, Candyman and that dude from the Fog.
Oh also the Doctor and the Halloween 3 Kids
Jeez, are those Toonys of Murder She Wrote and Wednesday?! They're going to sell so, so many of those.
Vincent! And finally they do something with the Hammer license!
