I'd assume orders will start going out this week. They know customers have been waiting for these, especially with the delays in production.
When I ordered a leftover GITD skelly, it took a few days to get moving, but not much longer than it usually takes with BBTS for me.
@salemcrow Yeah, the post on Instagram said they're in the warehouse. It just baffles me there has been no direct communication with the customers, and their instagram posts ask people to contact *them* if they need to update their address, as if anyone is going to see that post after preordering a year and a half ago. I have more ninja's than I can reasonably display and (hopefully) soon I'll have plenty of skellys, but I think I'm good on Fwoosh Toys after that. Sucks because I was excited to support them in their ventures, but it ain't working out so well.
I saw the Instagram post and figured I should ask about shipping, since the receipt just says "shipping" even though I paid for DHL. Didn't have time though since I got a shipping notification not long after. Appreciate the quickness, especially after the delay and missing Halloween, but man, did they really expect people to keep tabs on their Instagram? Not even the store page or something, their Instagram specifically?
I'm with Thwipster. This was my first order from Fwoosh Toys and it was so badly handled that I think I'm done now. I want to support smaller companies, but there needs to be better communication and customer service. Especially when whoever handles the Instagram seemed to be annoyed whenever the skeletons were brought up, all while pushing like three other projects, none of which I could get behind until I got the skeletons.
My pumpkin head skeleton is on its way. Should be here any day now.

Did you get an email when it was shipped? I’m a little anxious about my order since I have never gotten an email from them at all during the entire production phase and delays, so I just have no idea if they even *can* contact me.

I did get an email from Fwoosh Toys. I'm pretty sure I got one when they shipped my regular skeleton also. That was at least a month ago.
@normdapito That’s good to know. I emailed them to confirm my address and they replied promptly saying it was accurate to what they have on file. Consider myself reassured!
I checked to see if they had the correct address on file the other day, but it wasn't as straight forward as I hoped. The links to the Fwoosh Store from Fwoosh didn't allow me to sign in. I was only able to see my old order by pulling up the confirmation email from my original purchase (thankfully I had kept it).
Got my skeletons today. Could've used some packing material, but the figures themselves are fun. Have a QC issue on one, but the rest are solid and feel surprisingly durable for skeleton figures. Or maybe I'm still mad that 2 of my Storm Collectibles ones broke.
Opened up my Fwoosh Bone Brawler. Like it. Better than the Boss Fight one although I don't have them both in hand at the moment for more accurate comparisons. I was disappointed how the BFS one did the neck/torso articulation (felt like it needed another POA). Fwoosh one seems more flexible overall, although with the exception of the torso, they're probably rather similar.
Looks like these aren't available from Fwoosh or BBTS anymore. Wonder if there's anywhere else to source some more?
Got my pumpkin head skeleton today. That brings me to a total of two skeletons. I previously had the regular version. I don't think I need to display that pumpkin. I like how the two pair together. The articulation on them is really decent, and since they're so light, can get into some good poses. They're almost too light, or at least way lighter than I'm used to. I just wish they were more of a bone white and not so dingy looking. Cleaner, bleached bones would have looked great.
I got my skeletons in today, about 18 months after ordering them. They're nice figures. I wish the leg joints were set a little wider in the pelvis. Posing them in wide-legged stances can be difficult with their narrow-set legs. The figures themselves are a little finicky, but once you get the hang of them, they're capable of hitting some dynamic poses.
I absolutely love the dagger, the sword, and the pumpkin head. I wound up purchasing two skeletons with the intent of displaying them together, but I think one will be added to my Halloween display and the other will live on my fantasy shelf.
only had time to open one. It definitely feels pretty light and finicky with the tiny ball joints. The hips on it were a little loose and I may have to tighten them up to ensure stable posing. I’m glad to finally have them, but I probably didn’t need 12. At least they were paid off long enough ago that the sting has long since worn off. I’ll have to hurry up and open the rest to check for defects, just in case.
BBTS just informed me that Jubei and Kagero from "Ninja Scroll" are not expected to be released until 2025.
I'm fine with that, cause I'm destitute right now and need time to make some money, but I just wanted to double-check and make sure that's accurate so I can plan accordingly.
