Trying the only method I have left, how would one get in touch with someone at the Fwoosh store? I have tried at the official email at the store for months, have tried facebook,all coming up empty. As far as I can tell the contact email at the store is deliverable (mailer dameon came back with errors).
Had an order that I think has gone pretty wrong and am trying to get it resolved. I ordered one of their skeleton figures last year. They took the money, but I never got a receipt email. I'm pretty sure the figure has shipped, but have nothing in hand.
Looks like the skeleton has been released, and is sold out. No followup from anyone to try and resolve the issue.
