Unless I want to upgrade my ML display cabinet to something taller (and I probably will at some point), I really only have room for one more figure on my miscellaneous monsters shelf so I'm hoping Friday's wave includes a fun monster of some kind. Then again, I really want to see how they handle Bassylia so maybe I want this wave to be easy to turn down. Internal conflict!
I look forward to the Dwarves under the Mountain next year. Those two will round out my seven to go with the female barbarian and her bear, a warrior version of Snow White and her dwarves.
What an awesome idea! That sounds like it will make for an amazing display. I really want to see the completed crew, and the current incomplete group.
One of my local Collectibles stores (kinda, 45 mins away) announced that they will carry 4horsemen stuff, finally, 'South florida' is always 5 years behind all the other states.

... 'South florida' is always 5 years behind all the other states.

Sometimes even hundreds more. 😬

Brother, come to South Carolina and enjoy the void of collectionless shops lol.
Thanks to Dan Larson's Top 10, and BBTS' Sezzle payment plans, I now have Aracagorr.
Any advice on where to find some good wings for those holes in his back?
Sometimes even hundreds more.
You right. It's like a 3rd world country here 😶
Aracagorr is awesome. I don't buy a ton of Mythic Legions anymore - but that one I had to have - just a great looking ice dragon. I like posing him in front of my MOTUC Draego Man all big-brothery
I have issues with the Mythic Legion dragon guys. I hate how the tail attaches and basically has no poseablity. Nor is it very strong for supporting the figure (as a third leg). I also find the almost zero articulation in the head/neck to be frustrating. The layered sculpted scales in the neck would have allowed for some hidden articulation. These are the downside to having a set-in-store articulation scheme to the line (also a problem for other lines like Marvel Legends) whereas breaking the paradigm for special circumstances/characters would just make for a much better product. Do the dragon guys (blue and green) look cool? Certainly, but they could have been so much better with a few tweaks,

This is totally fair, and I actually found that I prefer my Aracagorr figure without the tail, frankly. It's a better figure tailless.
So I agree with your premise that the figure could have been even better, and also that the 4H might benefit by occasionally veering away from their standard articulation and engineering something different. But that seems pretty unlikely at this point
Damn that new Deluxe Knight builder is absolutely gorgeous. I may have to pick up more than one of him alone.
I think it's the only thing I'll be picking up from this wave. Still on the fence though, as I have all these parts for the most part. Most interesting thing is the new visor/jousting helmet that will be coming on Sir Andrew in All-Stars 6.
The goblin set is pretty cool, but I've got every goblin up until now, so maybe don't need anymore.
The Rogue is also sweet, but feels like a step back with the plastic hood and cloth cape after we've just gotten a fully cloth cape and hood. Pass. I think. Wait, brown cloth limbs and the non-armoured lower legs.. Ok, maybe a pick-up after all..
Another bald, bearded wizard is an easy pass. Wizards can have hair, and I with Eric understood that.
The rest? Pretty easy passes. Great parts usages, and fun characters, but I'm glad that there's not a lot of new parts or anything that I feel are must-haves, because my wallet needs a break these days.
