Ohhh interesting.
So then we have Arwen/Galadriel and Aragorn/Legolas/Frodo as the possibilities for the next wave. Not sure what they can do more with Frodo that would not also be a new Sam outfit but we have Aragorn or Legolas at helms deep as real contenders or black gate Aragorn.
I wouldn't count on seeing anything that wasn't already in production. I'm getting pessimistic. At best, I'm expecting to see Eowyn and the Witchking. Anything more than that and I'll be pleasantly surprised.
Though, in the spirit of optimism, I'll guess it's Galadriel and Gandalf the White that's ready to be solicited.
Would be such a shame to not at least see Gandalf the White, since it's clear he's been planned for quite a while, even if he wasn't in full production. I would hope we'd be able to at least finish the full (main) Fellowship cast- Elrond, Arwen, Galadriel, before the line theoretically ends. Of course I'd love to see Faramir and Theoden, and to lesser extents Eomer, Wormtongue, and Denethor, not even getting into all the Hobbit and Rings of Power characters. I'll keep everything crossed that the line continues- there's so much life left in it, and it seems to be doing well enough.

fantastic news everything considered. Really shows the strength of the line that is going full speed ahead even through a completed fellowship and bankruptcy.
I'd be so happy to be proven wrong about Eowyn/Witchking being the last series we'll actually get (if we get it)! I'm with joshsquash: give us Elrond, Galadriel and Arwen to finish off the main FOTR cast. Then, if we only got Theoden, Eomer, and Faramir (with a couple named/speaking orcs thrown in), I'd be fairly content with this line ending. That's really not that many.
I'd obviously LOVE to get into The Hobbit movies and get some good guy army-builders, but my hope only goes so far right now.

I'm so happy to hear that. I really enjoy this line, and I will take anything we can get. I'm so excited about the two Waves currently on pre order. So, for yet more figures to get announced this month beyond that is great.
Hopefully, this line can and will survive. If someone does by the Diamond Select section of Diamond Distribution, I hope they are able to pick up and continue with this LOTR line right where it leaves off under the current ownership.
But even if it does end, I am so happy with what we got. And if we really can get the 2 Waves that are on pre order and a couple more scheduled to be announced this month beyond those, that is just a fantastic bonus.
Well, the Witch King went fast on Amazon.
Well, the Witch King went fast on Amazon.
Someone just posted on a YouTube video that their Amazon pre-order for the Witch King was canceled. I couldn't find the Witch King or Eowyn on Amazon. Though, Bilbo and Tauriel are still there. I assume the cancelation is not a good sign.
Still available on EE, BBTS, and the DS shop. Guessing it’s a weird Amazon thing.
I received a delay approval request from Amazon, but no cancellation. I just have to go on my laptop to approve the delay, since they won't accept it from a cell phone for whatever reason.
Waiting to hear when Series 8 will hit, hopefully soon. Series 10 goes up for pre-order on the 21st. I'll reveal it a few days before.

Hell yeah!
I hope you are well Zach and make it to the other side of all this craziness.

This article shows the next two figures, Aragorn and Galadriel. I think Aragorn is in his Black Gate armor. The dress on the Galadriel figure worries me as far as movement. I need to take a closer look at the photos.
@bills-all-day i was just coming to post this!
this is super interesting to see. Black Gates Aragorn was not high on my list of potentials (though it was on the list.) Galadriel looks traffic coneish... but I'm cool with it. likeness is great! very very interesting!
