Looks great — can't wait to see the final version.
I wasn't sure if that had been announced previously so I did a little Googling and see that it was planned for the Cyberzoic stuff.
I missed this in-depth look at the final Arctic Dragon figure from last month:

Here's a kuraokami review that's slightly less biased than the one Creative Beast posted. Still looks really good and I still think I'm sold even though I'm bummed by the static wings, but this guy worked on the art for a Cyberzoic card game so I'm still waiting for someone to take a more critical look at whatever flaws the figure has before I pull the trigger.
So in the time since this board went down and came back, my Allosaurus Jimmadseni figures arrived from my Cyberzoic assortment and they are breathtaking. Their skin tones are very naturalistic looking and they compliment the sculpts very well. Not to disparage the previous Allosaurus Fragilis figures that were a part of the regular Beasts of the Mesozoic assortment from last year, but I had a hard time believing that a mossy green dinosaur would have felt right at home in the dry, arid tundra of Utah approximately 180 million years ago during the late Jurassic period. Something tells me that bright green is not a natural camouflage in that kind of wasteland lol. The brown works better here and there is something about the reworked headsculpt that fits my minds eye of what an Allo should look like. The long and slender, blade like snout, the subdued lacrimal crests above its eyes. Even the less pronounced cheekbones look a lot better. I'm telling you guys if you haven't made space in your collection for this Allo yet you really should. He looks like he stepped out of a Mural at a Natural History Museum.
