I want to believe she's coming soon, but I look at the time it took for Fraggle Rock to release after they were solicited, and that took forever. But hopefully that's not the case with Sonja. I ordered mine direct from BFS. When are other retailers saying the ETA is?
Bbts said sometime q4 of last year and then q1 this year after it was delayed. Last time i looked, EE had it listed as December but now has it for February.

Definitely an improvement, but I'm still going to wait until I see in-hand shots before committing again. Just can't risk it coming out like those production samples when they're asking that much for it.
Just watched a video review of this figure, and she's really good. I don't have any experience with Boss Fight HACKS, but she, like those, is fully modular and customizable. Comes with lots of alternate removable armor parts. The heads look much better than some of those midway promo shots. I really can't wait to receive this. I'm considering buying extras now. She scales perfectly with all of our other 6" lines.
Yeah, it's a pretty detailed video. I have two on pre-order. I like the body style more than Loosecollectors. It looks more natural to me.

Huh. I have the LooseCollector version of Red Sonja but to tell the truth I was kind of unimpressed--she felt really brittle and unstable to me. This looks like an upgrade. I know it's silly to buy the same figure at roughly the same scale twice but I really like the articulation and swappable options on this version of her. My only experience with BOSS Fight were those really early superhero blanks they made - I had the crazy intention of painting them as characters in my own book series but realized the error of my ways pretty fast. Curious how their 1/12 stuff looks in hand.
I saw that review over the weekend and preordered for the second time from BBTS, after canceling my first order several months ago. I re-preordered the regular, b&w, and 1/18. Since I initially planned on two regular versions from BBTS, maybe I'll grab one direct from Bossfight when they have some in stock.

Did people see the new reveal today for their Steam Punk Red Sonja? Not what I think of when I think of Sonja - she's got striped pants and steam punk goggles and some funky shoulder pads, leather gloves and boots - but still the silver bra and red hair, so...
The face sculpt is nice - really the overall sculpt is very nice - but the concepts isn't for me. I don't care too much about Steam Punk in general and Red Sonja in a Steam Punk world isn't something I care about at all. So, for the $70 asking price, I'm a skip.

Got my Red Sonja the other day and she’s fantastic. The part swapping works well. Articulation is great aside from the lack of a boot cut.
