I'd think the main thing would be Scott Bernard's light teal color or Lancer's blue.
So, what all would be needed to adapt the MTF Exo-Suit to a RoboTech Cyclone bike armor?
In terms of keeping as much of the current Exo-Suit and adapting the current parts connectivity/engineering to new parts; what's the minimum number of parts you'd need and how would they link up?
Just opened the shocking Vietnam Kickstarter email from yesterday. They're refunding all the backers and will sell these from the store whenever they're completed. Pretty crazy.
I gotta give them a lot of credit, though, for not just kicking the can down the road for however long this is gonna take. It's gotta be a pretty big financial hit.
I had gone all in by the end with a few extra, so that's a pretty big refund coming back. This had gone on so long I wasn't even that excited to receive these anymore and was likely gonna sell most of them off.
Just saw too, that some are unhappy with an option to receive 125% store credit instead of the full refund. Folks need to look over at the Austin Gentry and Hell Screamerz campaigns before they start complaining.
After some 20-odd years of balls-to-the-wall *AWESOME* customer service the only thing truly disappointing about this isn't that we've learned where the limit of their capacity is but rather that they have one at all.
Dammit; where do they get off being mere humans after all?
They've now upped the store credit amount to 175% (and 200% in some cases) for those who went all in or had larger orders to make up for any lost value with the Kickstarter cancellation.
Most of us who've been dealing with him for years already know this but you can never say Marauder John doesn't do right by his customers. Still sticking with the refund but it's good to see him step up again.
