@leor, I've never bought from Ramen either, but they've said payment is taken up front at time of pre-order.
He says a video explaining how all the parts and versions can be ordered is coming soon. At the very least the assumption is that all versions will be available for online ordering when JoeFest starts, but the exclusive sand-colored tank will stop being available when the con ends.
While I would prefer and want to assume that you buy the body and turret options separately, Ace did say they found it challenging to process the Ramen Racers options a la cart, suggesting they might not go that route again. Fingers crossed.

Well with Classified Haslab moved to end of July which will go into August, I am good to spend $200+ on this AV. I like the missile launching unit but the tan tank option is tempting.

Looking good. Too bad I'm in Canada and can't partake in the all-in price. Hopefully it isn't too crazy for shipping to Canada. Because if this can come in under $250US I'm probably in for one.

@fletch No worries. I was actually looking myself at some interviews with Ramen but none of them mentioned when the normal version of the tank would be available for preorder either. I wasn’t sure if Ramen toys themselves could drop that info at Joefest

@fletch Nice. Very tempted to preorder the green one as I’ve no idea when Hasbro will get to a Mobat or even the Wolverine. Is the preorder just the base tank or will it include the options for the Wolverine or Bridge Layer layout?

I'm pretty confident you'll be able to get just the tank since that's how the JoeFest exclusive was sold. And I'm willing to assume there's going to be an all-in option with a tank body and all three vehicle options.
Now, whether or not you can get, say, just a Bridge Layer with Wolverine option, I can't say. He said it was very challenging selling the Ramen Racer with a la cart options, so I don't know if he's trying to do that again. Guess we'll see in 12 days.
It’s all good. The base form is what I really want. The bridge layer and Wolverine options is ok with me if sold separately. I’ll keep my eyes peeled for when the base tank preorder goes up.
Pre-orders up for the Ramen Tank. I hope you want the tank, because that's the only way to get the hull. The bridge layer and Wolverine are just available as add-on kits.
Buuuut, there's a 30-day early bird pricing that's about 30% off. On the other hand, that 30% basically covers shipping, which came out to be $118 for me ordering the tank, 'layer and missile turret.
