Is this a GI Joe motorcycle?

I was looking at differently scaled motorcycles for a couple display ideas, and I saw this same bike twice, but I can’t identify it.  Is it a Joe item?  If not, does anyone know what it is?  Thanks!

This must be the one. It's for 12", one of the pictures has a Cap Mego sitting on it and he looks too small for the bike. Is Zombie Cap possibly a 12" custom?  The company that made the bike did 3.75" and 12" figures.

Great detective work, thanks!  I didn’t have any luck finding that.  🙂

That zombie Cap must be a custom.

You mentioned the MEGO Cap looking small on it.  That’s disappointing, because I was hoping to use a Mattel WWE figure on it.  And they’re 1/10 scale.  Blast it…  No chance that would work, huh?

@hulkster1 Mego is 8" tall. I wonder if Zombie Cap was a 12" ML?

Looks like it probably was.

Cap is a 12" from 2015ish, there is 1/12th one that was released by hasbro not too long ago. Might be your best bet, it was in the riders series.
