When I was resetting up my display my biggest issue was the troop builders. Moving forward I’m cutting it at 3. It wasn’t to bad the previous years but this year there is about 10 troop builders coming out. It’s to the point I’m hoping we don’t have anymore for the year

Lol. I wish I did. I'm almost done with legends because I can't afford both. I'm scared for Pulse con. I think we are going to get a ton of stuff thrown at us
Here are the predictions I made over at Hiss Tank
I think we are going to get crushed at Pulscon. it's there last big push before the holiday season and there are still 11 spots not spoken for (96,97,98,102,103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109) and that's if the HISS Fire team is the last product of the year(it's 110). I think most stuff we have preordered right now will be out or releasing shortly after Pulscon. the gap between things appearing overseas and north america seems to be narrowing. Anyways here is what I expect.
Preorders
Crimson Strike force (I'm pretty sure this is a gimme) Nov
Hawk, Helix, Buzzer, Ripper, Shockwave wave. release date will probably be Jan but they will show up late Nov)
Mutt and Junkyard. They will released at the same time as the hawk wave.
SMS Missle and Techno Viper. I would think it would come out the same time as the fire team. I'm also expecting this and the Vamp to have the same price point.
Triple T Transformer. its been rumored for awhile. I think they will have sarge as a guest to reveal it.
Other Potential Reveals/Preorders
Vamp - Physical model But I'm not expecting the preorder
Retro Duke, Scarlet and CoCo. At the least will see renders but I wouldn't be shocked if they go up for preorder for the holidays.

I'm passing on some of the troop builders and even stuff like Chuckles and Range Viper. For one thing its back to Cobra Island hijinks with inability to get figures I would buy. And too much I was not even interested in back in the day. After a few more particular updates have a feeling I will be buying even less after those.
If it is even possible to acquire them. Still have not found a way to get the retro card stuff. Walmart just sucks.
Missed on the orders for Eel. Hope I can find a way to order them someday.
Shockwave was one of my all time favorite Joes. Very exciting to see him get a figure!
Techno-Viper looks awesome.
I managed to pre-order Chuckles a few weeks back. Kinda wish he had the piece Recondo (I think) has at the waist to make it look like his shirt continues past the waist, but it's a fun looking figure regardless of the fact he tucks his shirt in.
Yup. This line is the one I'm paying attention to the the most. Mainly because I've been able to track it and jump in from the start. I'm glad Hasbro allowed collectors another chance at the Cobra Island stuff way back lol.
Aside from some repaints here and there I'm pretty much getting at least one of each figure barring some army builders. Interesting to see how their journey with vehicles and retail goes.
Was able to purchase an Artic BAT from Amazon yesterday. I was surprised it was regular retail and delivers Sunday. Was checking the status of the order and noticed it shot back up to $48.50 and 3 left in stock.
Recieved my Artic BAT this afternoon. I like the aesthetic, certainly the best color configuration for this character. The cyclops head is a very cool design.
Of course its the same BAT figure with added leg and shoulder pieces. Really like the tech chest piece and the chainsaw attachment. The shoulder pauldrons are a bit wonky, you have to readjust them if you position the arms.
I like it just don't have a desire to get more of them. The chainsaw blade was warped but the sniper gun was just bent to hell. Usually the stuff that comes bagged in the locker box is in great shape but this a warped mess.
Makes a good piece to display with the other BATS. Would like to see this in original BAT colors.
I feel like I have all the cobra charaters I want, not a fan of dreadnoks, so only collecting the Joes now
The real magic of the Arctic BAT is when you start kitbashing him, particularly with Crimson BAT.
Not only can you make a more-classic Arctic BAT, but that heavy Crimson BAT is so cool. Love how the Crimson BAT's chestplate looks on Arctic BAT as well.

The Crimson bat looks great with the arctic gear. Wished they released it like that. Hopefully with more repaints they do more stuff like the arctic bat were they are adding new stuff

Speaking of the B.A.T., I imagine an “Alley B.A.T.” would be neat to see with that tactical chest plate from the arctic one.
I picked up Scrap-Iron, Rock N' Roll, & Shipwreck during the "blip".
All 3 are really nice! Love the beards and tats (minus scrap-iron) 🙂
Excited that the forums are back and wanted to agree with everyone that this is the best toy line going. Seems like we'll have a deluge of figures in the back half of this year. Can't wait!

I agree this is the best ongoing line of collectibles. From character selection, to design, exclusives, vehicules. A good time to be a GI Joe fan.
Can't wait to see classic Scarlett and Duke. Hope their render are revealed next month.
