There's room for both. Those anniversary generic soldiers are amazing military escapism; but I'm skipping those and will keep buying psychic dentists, crocodile trainers, highly unrealistic ninjas, and shirtless bird men. This line is, impossibly, feeding both collectors with excellent action figures.
I am impatiently waiting for Sci-Fi in a VERY NEON GREEN uni and the infamous "accountant and his attack bobcat" Spearhead and Max, thankyewverymuch. Gawd I love this weird franchise.
Anybody seeing movement on Doc from anywhere this week? I'm regretting buying him from Amazon. They're dragging their feet on my most-wanted figures from like three waves from different toy lines right now but sent everything else.
Also this is where I admit I gave myself an anxiety attack trying to store the Joes not on a shelf tonight because I decided to switch to themes but forgot I'd put the accessories for characters together (Duke, Bazooka, Barbecue) and it was screwing up my boxing process. Realizing how many Nightforce and Tiger Force figures we have already and getting the Marauder Spirit and LowLight any day now...
60th Marine sniper looks awesome. Love the alternate head options. I think I want two. Halo looks good but Lenny said it’s only for looks. I’ll get one but excitement diminished.

Is the Crimson 3 pack any good? The one with Baroness and the twins? I was thinking about buying it but I don't want to if it has breakage issues or too much guminess or any of that. Or if the figures don't look as good in person.
@trunks3540 the problem I have with the Crimson three pack is the Twins. I didn't need them in a different color, but the Baroness looks sharp in red. I bought the pack just for her. The only issue I had was Baroness' wig not fitting as tight as Jaye's or Zaranna's on my figure. It looks good but slips out of place. A minor inconvenience if I'm posing the figure.
Oh yeah, and the Baroness heads don't easily swap between figures. I think you might have to swap the necks too.
@trunks3540 I had no intentions of getting the set, but when they went on sale I went for it. I haven't had issues other than getting Baroness' wigs to sit as perfect as I want.
Sniper - Wow. Looks good. I was originally gonna give most of her accessories to Shooter but now I think I’m going to have to give her her own code name
The more I look at it, the more I'm coming around to this as well. If she comes out as good as the render, she might just replace Shooter as the team sniper.
I bought the Crimson 3pk at full price. I had no issues with it. Shame Baroness’ heads aren’t compatible with the previous version.

@fletch Looking closer at the heads, couldn’t this marine sniper actually pass as Shooter in a different outfit and face paint? If the NF Shooter’s head can be swapped out on this marine sniper body, this will be my normal Shooter(non NF) until Hasbro decides to release a normal version. The other alternate head could also pass as Scarlet in sniper gear. Well heck, now I got a get two to display both Shooter and Scarlet in sniper gear. Got me again Hasbro…..

I'll probably end up buying the Crimson pack then. I like the baroness and the twins look cool. I don't have any of the previous versions so this will be good I think. I wasn't a fan of the og Baroness, not sure why. Something about it didn't look right to me. But this one looks better.
I'll probably preoder the Sniper when I can. And for anyone saying she looks like someone else, you know you could probably find cheaper versions of the heads on ebay and just use those lol. Swapping heads on Joe's isn't usually difficult.
Still something about Shooter that's keeping me from pulling the trigger (get it?). So this could be a good alternate. I think it's Shooters lanky proportions. But I'm not 100% sure. May also be the price.
Zandar--I'm glad Zandar is finally coming out. The chest overlay is overdoing it, and I miss having the bold blues like the original toy. I guess they were going for more low-key but it takes away the visual pizzazz of the original.
Road Pig--I was really looking forward to this one, he's my favorite later-era Dreadnok. I don't hate him, but my first thought was that he looked too stumpy. Looks like he needed less chunky legs and less stomach bloat.
Raptor--I frankly hate the pint-sized Keaton Vulture wings and won't be using them.
Leatherneck--to end on a more positive, less nitpicky note, Leatherneck looks great!

Funnily enough, I have the marvel legends Vulture wings BAF, and always thought they looked very "Joe". I kinda want to swap them as I think the bigger wings of the vulture would work better.

It looks very much to me that they have different skin tones. On the one hand, I'd hate to give up a POC* character, but this sniper looks so cool in ways that Shooter and the other Action figures don't.
