That's going to be tough if you need it to match 100%. The Grunt helmet does fit on him. Depending on your customizing skill you can paint it to match. Alternatively if you are army building grunt you can use dusty head to add some variety.
I added the scarf from the most recent Snake eyes/ Timber pack to add a bit more to mine and I'm considering getting an extra TF Outback to add the holster and gear to him.
He's not a bad sculpt or anything but I do find Dusty a little boring as far as gear goes
@snake-eyes-8181 I've got multiple Dustys so I can spare a helmet to customize. I figure I can cut the flaps off the sides and back to make it look more like a traditional helmet.

Good luck. Those were first found months ago, and were all cleaned out of most stores from what I have heard. Finding one now among all the "newer" ML and Joe stock Ollie's has been getting would be pure luck.
Heck, a local friend was at Ollie's 2 weeks ago, and grabbed a few MLs. When he was checking out the cashier said someone came in and had 2 shopping carts filled with Captain America shields (around 9 of them).
