I was assuming he meant the Wal-Mart exclusive Anniversary Venom, which is what I was referring to in my post. Just clarifying.
Yeah, the Walmart Retro one. I didn’t even realize there was another movie Venom coming.
Hopefully the card charging is a good sign. I think it’s funny that they estimate Monday for delivery when it’s a federal holiday. But with Walmart I’ll just take anytime next week and consider it a win.
Walmart is pretty good on their delivery dates when they are far off - I don't think I've had one miss, but some took an extra day to arrive if they were shipped from far away. It won't look like they're going to make it but they almost always do.
Except for my TVC Leias - those are late but they've notified me multiple times. My R2 shipped way early.
Found a singular Carnage at Target yesterday! Took him home and swapped out the goofy muppet-head for the "Classic" one that came with Knull-Carnage, and he's pretty much my definitive Carnage now! Now if they would only reissue the Eddie and Kletus heads...
I also got pre-auths from Walmart.com for these - even the order I canceled which is a bit concerning. Venom and Xavier should also be shipping from Walmart Canada by the end of this week or early next.
I tried to order both via 9 different orders, because the orders kept getting cancelled over and over, because apparently Walmart randomly decided my account was flagged for suspicious activity. I gave up on ordering, and had 9 completely cancelled orders in my order history. They just charged me for ALL of those orders, in the tune of $750+. What the hell? So my orders are cancelled but they're still taking my money? Anyone know what's going on? I am so done with Walmart.

I had the exact same thing happen with the Target movie Venom coincidently. I tried to order it like 9 times and it automatically canceled them all. If I got charged for those I'd be pretty pissed.
Like others, I got charged for Venom and Professor X and also another charge for something. Venom and Charles are the only thing I have preordered since I canceled my DC Multiverse Max Mercury. I'll wait to see if the other charge drops before contacting my bank. I keep checking Walmart's site and it doesn't show the order is processing or getting ready to ship. Release date still says September 1st with arrival date September 2nd. We'll see if the date sticks.
I'm still shocked that Venom hasn't sold out yet.
Has anyone tried swapping Warbird's hair and heads? I wanna recreate that Avengers 4 Busiek/Perez line-up poster and the open mouth/windswept hair combo would fit nicely.
I finally caved and bought Warbird off of ebay for twice retail price. That guarantees that she's going to get restocked soon or made more widely available. She arrived today but I haven't opened her yet and may not just yet.

My Venom and Warlord Xavier shipped from PA.
My store has five Warbirds today with the app showing not available. I burned myself ordering from Staractionfigures. Still waiting on that one, while I already have two.
