I gave in to mourning yesterday. But as a white guy, that's not a luxury I have. People like me did this. I woke up today ready to grind fascist bones into dust.
While it's easy to give in to apathy or despair, that's exactly what they want. Authoritarianism relies on people quitting. It relies on people going back to their lives as normal. If you believe in radical ideas like the existence of the National Weather Service, the FDA regulating foods that will kill us, and your daughters having as many rights as your mother and grandmother before you, you have to fight.
Well said, @tsi . This has long been the Red Skull I have displayed on my shelves. He never wore this in the comics, but I found the dark tones more appropriate to his (and other like-minded individuals') vision of America.
