Good catch, @h-bird. I may try that. Ideally we’d need a cape that’s red on the outside and yellow inside, but beggars and all that.
There's this option:
Pro web address tip--everything from the first question mark on is used to specify your search preferences. Just this web address is dramatically shorter and still works:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/365181938617
That's fairly universally true and tends to work with most online inventory systems. Your example was eBay, but it works pretty much the same way with Amazon, Target, Walmart, and most other retailers.

Appreciate it. Honestly, I just did a click and paste into the address link when I posted...I had no idea it was going to display like that.
I mostly shorten web addresses to products when sending them to friends and family so they're not insanely huge, but it's useful when sharing via social media like forums as well.
Basically if the top piece of the leg is soft plastic it should be able to come off and reapply. Black Series legs are really easy to get off at the hip usually. Less so Marvel Legends but I haven't tried in awhile. If they are the harder case plastic I'd say this is a fools errand and no idea how to get those legs onto the body. After (assuming its possible) that its a paint job from the waist down and done. Maybe I'd lighten up the hair a little.
edit. Ok. Some quick research and both characters swivel at the boot cut. So in theory that makes it much more likely. Would love someone to try. Also if the Nefaria costume fits the hole in his back. at the right height
Someone on Reddit suggested using Black Tom's legs, just repainting them since his boots are the same shape as Daimon's. I'm not sure how compatible those legs would be with Mr. Hellstrom's upper body though.
I used Wolverine boots for the bash I did last year.
My recipe was Namor torso and arms, Vulcan lower body/legs, Wolverine boots, the second more modern Namor head with hair painted to match Daimon’s color, and a Dr Impossible (DC Universe Classics) cape repainted.I carved up/modified Namor’s Trident to resemble Damion’s.
i plan to revisit the process using the Strange Tales Hellstrom upper body/head, Vulcan lower body/legs, boots (repainted) from the useless Brood Wolverine I have, and a Gladiator cape (with yellow trim removed). And obviously the Strange Tales trident.
Finally got Moon Knight. I'm pretty happy. This isn't my preferred version of the character, but I've never ever had a chance at the actual classic MK, so I'll have to be content with this one. Nice to finally have a white-costumed Moon Knight in my collection after all these many years of Marvel Legends precisely refusing to do that, and then missing out because they finally did it as basically a US-exclusive.
The holey fists are a bit baffling. I like the idea, but in practice it's a HUGE pain to get the moonarangs in those holes so I'm not sure how much value is there. Perfect world I think it would just be extra hands with the blades sculpted in. Not a big deal, though.
Think I may have to find a wired cape for him, though. I dig the black inside/white outside cape, but the candy shell thing really kills any ability to have some fun posing him around.
Still going to remain on the lookout to maybe pick up a 'regular' classic Moon Knight one day, but I'm happy to have this guy anyway. It's a great look.
Has anyone tried Whiplash boots on Daimon H yet?
I only have the one Whip/Blacklash so I haven't given it a go. But they'd be great in yellow.
Finally completed my classic Son of Satan bash:
Recipe:
-Hellstrom upper body
-Vulcan lower body/legs
-Wolverine boots repainted (Brood/Lilandra 2-pack)
-Gladiator cape (yellow trim removed with Goof Off)
Ooh I love that, great job. Really hope classic Son of Satan is coming - a classic Defenders box set with him and some combination of other Defenders, hopefully lots of new ones - classic Valkyrie, Gargoyle, Devil-Slayer, Red Guardian/Starlight...

I'd be all over a set like that!!! Love that era of Defenders, and have long wanted the team in ML
I would hit the purchase button so fast at full price for a box set that was updated Valkyrie, classic Son of Satan (I know they'd still label him Hellstrom), Gargoyle, Devil Slayer - and I could be flexible with the 5th one. I know it would need to be something they think would anchor the set, so probably wouldn't be the female Red Guardian (though I would love it). Hulk would probably be too big. Not sure if Silver Surfer, Namor or Dr. Strange are big enough draws by themselves though. I'd even be happy with Angel in his blue and white costume - I know he pretty much exclusively wore the red and white while on the Defenders, but we have that look and we don't have the blue and white, so... Anyway a set like that would make me super happy.
Honestly even if they just did a New Defenders set with updated Valkyrie, Angel, Beast, Gargoyle, Moondragon and Iceman I'd be pretty stoked. Sure it's only one brand new figure, but one I want desperately. Valkyrie could get an upgrade.
Moondragon could get a new outfit
As I said they could throw a bone and do Angel in the blue and white to make it attractive.
Dare to dream...
Defenders is an interesting team to try to construct a lineup out of. I'll admit have only read random issues here and there so my knowledge is scattered, but it seems like there were quite a few members who were only in a handful of issues/appearances but still technically qualify as members (including a bunch of the "Defenders for a Day" lineup). Meanwhile there's another group members who stuck around for longer periods of time and can maybe be considered a "core" group. I think that group is captured between these two pictures and this is the whole lineup I would display as "The Defenders" if they were all made.
Speaking of the Defenders, I’d love to get a new classic Namor on a pinless body and a modern-style Namor with his armored arms.
Question about Brother Voodoo's staff. I've had this thing for five years on the Dormammu figure, but it wasn't until a recent review that I realized that the two thingies coming off of the side of the staff are goblin-like skulls that appear to be flying out of the staff. If those are little demons coming out of the staff...shouldn't he be pointing it with those things going towards his enemies?
I've always put his staff as shown in the pic below, but now I'm thinking that the energized end is supposed to go in his hand so that the demons are flying away from him. Or am I missing something about what the staff's power is supposed to be?
Ive always understood Brother Voodoo to be a bit of a masochist, so this may be accurate. 🙂
