I wouldn’t know how to swap the lower bodies without cracking the torsos and breaking it.
EDIT: Just found that custom on Reddit. Holy crap that looks nice. And I never even thought of using Gladiator’s cape. Perfect.
Here’s that pic (not mine)…
Wow! That looks great!

That's exactly it! I think it looks great. Some Blacklash boots painted yellow would really seal the deal.
That does look fantastic. I just ordered him since his price just dropped and there is a 15% off code on DD.
I tried the Gladiator cape on the factory figure, and he’s too short for the cape. His feet don’t touch the ground. So to use that cape you’d either need to use the Vulcan buck entirely, or swap the lower body to add some height.

I happened to be shopping for some wired goods this morning and came across this. Made for Gladiator but would work great for Son of Satan: https://www.ebay.com/itm/364821250795?_skw=gladiator&itmmeta=01JANJCSERQND25CVK43BDM7FQ&hash=item54f10a82eb:g:7OIAAOSwlF9mC1Mt
Good catch, @h-bird. I may try that. Ideally we’d need a cape that’s red on the outside and yellow inside, but beggars and all that.
Whelp, as of yesterday I've officially finished the wave I had no intention of finishing. Got Bloodstorm and Brother Voodoo v3 from Amazon, thereby completing my (surprisingly pointy) Blackheart.
I blame the Halloween season, and my inherent love of Marvel's Monsters/Horror genre.
Skipped Hellverine. Screw that. Pfeh.
So has anyone mastered placing Blackheart's feet without ankle pivot? I'm still wondering if swiveling the foot and then hinging it can effectively act as a 2-step ankle pivot/rocker.

Hellverine is actually the only one of the wave I've opened so far, and I gotta say - he's a pretty fun/cool figure. Wolverine with flaming claws and a Ghost Rider skull - what's not to love?
I'm stretching my definition of "unique character" to accommodate Hellverine cause he's so cool looking. It's not really clear from the Wiki page if it technically counts, but I like his look and want him on the shelf, soooo...
@thor-el Actually Molten Man might be the best choice, should be close in color to the belt and pitchfork.
Good call, Molten Man was definitely the way to go. So while not ideal, I can live with this until a classic version gets done.

There's this option:
Someone on Reddit suggested using Black Tom's legs, just repainting them since his boots are the same shape as Daimon's. I'm not sure how compatible those legs would be with Mr. Hellstrom's upper body though.
Daimon's legs being pinless makes that switch at the knee impossible I think. Maybe switch at the boot cut depending if and where the boot cut is. Or a total switch at the hip may be possible. Would have to look at them in hand. Hell if that's the case I might give it a shot with just a Dr Strange cape.
I literally just bought that Nefaria cape and have it in the mail. No idea why that didn't occur to me.
