Jack Monroe Scourge is a top 15 want for me.
Classic white suit/death mask Scourge is a gigantic yes. Throw him in a box set with some of his victims! I'm sure a box set of Scourge, Vamp, Commander Kraken, Enforcer, and Bird-Man would NEVER languish on Amazon and go on super deep discount. No, I can't see a world where that is even remotely possible.
But I still wish it would happen...
Man I would love for the ML team to do a Vamp, but unfortunately both of her forms would make for poor selling figures on their own. Her human form would be rather boring, and her monster form, at least from the MU Handbook era, would be fairly generic for a "monster" figure. Though at least she would come with that crystal looking club as an accessory.

If they did a good Demon Bear I'd be hatd pressed to skip that, Id jave to buy. But I dont do movie figures so would pass on the rest

Though I do have a soft spot for Muscle Beach shirt Scourge and his superpower of managing to tuck a rifle into his belt
