Man, I am more pumped for that Annihilus than any other Marvel figure at the moment.  Definite purchase for me, and same with Dynamo.   Big bad villians is where Diamond shines, no doubt.

Mr. Fantastic all stretched out with that bored expression on his face is great. Like, "aw man, this again..."

I got Mr. Fantastic during the board outage, and wow, he's just the best version of the character created to date.  Fits great with Legends too if you just use him with stretchy parts.

If you guys find fun poses for the coffee cup holder wrap effect please do share.  The Legends Thing fits great in there, and you can also slide it down over Galactus's hand and forearm.  I have pics of both but don't have a way to insert them into posts for this new forum.

I use the Alex Ross 7” Plastic Man in my DCUC shelves in the same way. Use the stretchy base and he reads as the right scale. I use TB Series 2 Thing with the Select FF. He scales better than the Select Torch!

I know EE is typically slow to send stuff out once they receive it, but it seems odd they still haven't received Iceman. All of my LCS have had him in stock for a while.

I don't have Select Torch just standing in my display, I've got him levitating on the flame base. And Mr. Fantastic is using the stretched torso, so you don't see his actual height either. But I did compare Reed and Johnny, and they made Johnny WAY TOO TALL. He has an obscenely long neck, but I don't think that's the only issue. There's weird proportions all over him. But Reed looks great as a standard figure. They really did a nice job on him. And based on the promo pics, Sue could be even better.

I still have Select Thing in my display, but those old Toy Biz ML Things all work really well. Series 2, F4C. I have a kitbash of parts from both, and it's one of my favorite standalone customs.

Yeah. I keep him on the flight base. His abdomen and chest are way too long. It was obvious when they showed the pictures of him.

Just PO'ed Crimson Dynamo too. It's definitely my most anticipated MS release (until I see production photos of Annihilus, then that will be my new obsession). I can't stress how much I love that unhelmeted head.

Yeah, it's strange. BBTS has 8" in the Product Description, but lists 7" in the Product Features section. Either of those is fine with me for my Winter Guard setup, but I admit the 7" would fit in better.

I wish preorders on Amazon would go up at the same time as all the others.

The time has really come for a classic Select Iron Man. Hopefully better executed than their classic Capt Americas

@derrabbi Absolutely, and I hope they get Mayshelf to sculpt it. His Silver Centurion was perfect. One of the best Marvel Select figures ever imo.

I think I'm actually good with the Silver Centurion as far as classic Iron Man armors go. I personally would love to see them explore more modern armors. I just pulled out their Bleeding Edge from storage, and remembered why I stored it in the first place. It's so thin and out of proportion to the rest of the line. TINY head. Then there's the armor most people THINK is Extremis, but really is the armor that transitioned from Pentagon to Extremis. That's another that feels pretty outdated, and oddly proportioned. I would love an Extremis figure on par with all of the MCU armors, of which, I don't think there's a badly executed one. I surely would accept and enjoy a classic armor, if on par with the sculpt of Silver Centurion. But if we're making requests, I'll always go for Extremis first.
