Is MAFEX Tiger Stripe much better than Hasbro?
Not much better than the latest X-Men '97 version, and in many ways the Hasbro is better. Hasbro's versions have been exceptional since the Apocalypse wave version though so it's a comparison of one of Mafex's most average releases to one of Hasbro's best.
A few weeks late to reply, but I prefer Hasbro's tiger stripe Wolvie.
My Winter Soldier should be here within the next few days along with Stealth Cap, recovered armor Boba Fett, and Mandalorian 2.0. Winter Soldier looks to be the best version of that character released so far by quite a lot.
Does anyone know the full story with why Winter Soldier has no weapons? Hasbro is able to put military-style weapons in with some of their Legends figures that don't get released to mass retail outlets, so why wouldn't Medicom be able to include weapons? I assume this was Marvel's call given that Mafex does include weapons with most other characters that use them such as John Wick, Terminator, etc, but I don't get why they sometimes let Hasbro include them but they're not letting Medicom do it.

Exciting stuff! No doubt she's going to look great - I still haven't picked up Jean and Psylocke, but this is likely to push me over the edge.
Cool that Rogue's finally on the way, and hopefully Phoenix is due for release in the next few months. Has there been any indication what else is being revealed this month?
Really, really excited for Rogue. I sat out all the ML's knowing MAFEX would get around to her and already, from what I see, I'm stoked.
Is that jacket cloth?
I wonder who they'll buddy her up with for the PO. I'd love to get another X-Man...
Given their relationship in the show, announcing her alongside Nightcrawler would be just perfect. Also he's my favorite character, so yeah - do that please Mafex.
So glad to see Rogue announced - while the forum was down I managed to get the reissue Cyclops and Wolverine plus Jean and Psylocke so all up to date with the line now - hoping Beast, Jubilee and Prof X will be next to complete the TAS team 🙂
I've had bad issues with medicom 1/6 pleather or vinyl (Vader, Gatchaman, Spawn). Won't stop me from buying two, possible three Rogues.
Rogue looks good. Loving the bright metallic green they've used. The faces and hairsculpt are much improved over their previous X-Women.
Nah, doesn't really look that good. She is just "ok", just like Storm and Psylocke. Wasn't impressed with their X-Men figures, except Gambit. First Wolverine was pretty bad. Cyclops is mediocre.
As for Rogue. She kinda reminds me of the old Toy Biz Rogue. Skinny, long arms, leather jacket, metallic colours, lack of effects or unique accessories is a bummer. Face is obviously better.
Nightwing still has a better cake...
