I was gonna say, Green Goblin and Doc Ock are more involved in terms of engineering and parts. Ock especially, his tentacles alone would require major problem solving beyond what they normally make. Would they go the bendy wire route? Articulated? Maybe even metal, as unlikely as that'd be. Goblin less so, but they still gotta include the big chunk of plastic that is his glider and all of his assorted weapons.

Not to mention that their iconic and defining designs are associated with eras earlier than what MAFEX normally aims for with their Spidey subline. Granted, IF they could figure out those tentacles, Erik Larsen Doc Ock in the suit feels like it'd be an easy choice. Green Goblin is tougher to determine. My mind goes to John Romita Jr.'s take from the end of the Clone Saga since the line pulls so much from that story, but maybe they feel that's too niche.

I get that tooling a new figure would be expensive and not that reusable (although Green Goblin could be retooled to Hobgoblin and Demogoblin, possibly even the cyborg Macendale version)

Its just a shame because Mafex I find are generally the definitive versions in my collection (especially with the wealth of Batman characters they have done in the Hush line & Superman characters in the Death of Superman line) so I would love more classic Spidey characters

I just ordered Psylcoke off BBTS. I haven't shipped her yet cause she's with a bunch of other stuff and I'm waiting for a couple things to hit my PoL. But I shall put in my 2 pennies once I have her in hand. I hope her joints are tighter then the old ones, cause apparently they're kinda loose.

I'm looking forward to the brown costume reissue of Wolverine that is rumored to come out at the end of the year. I already own him but would like a second one and I want other people to be able to own him without spending $300 for him!

Where's that rumor from?  Never heard of them announcing a reissue so far in advance.  So far they get announced and drop almost immediately.

Thanks Jag, just scooped up Wolvie. Guess that X-Men 97 finally pushed me over the edge on tiger stripe.

Looks like Medicom will be making a Mafex Tobey Maguire from No Way Home that includes an unmasked head.

If they are not making unmasked Andrew it's a bit pointless just like the SHF versions.

I got the Psylocke reissue today. It seems pretty sturdy. Most of the joints were pretty solid, but I did have to tighten her one leg a bit, and some of the hands don't like staying on the peg. I'm quite happy with it. So if anyone is wondering, the joints were pretty good on mine.

I have so many great Wolvies I haven't been able to rationalize the MAFEX (have a bunch of other MAFEX X-Men where I felt Hasbro dropped the ball). Is MAFEX Tiger Stripe much better than Hasbro?

@jroug I was on the fence but ended up ordering the reissue. I already had the X Force ver so I thought I knew what to expect. I gotta say in hand I am really impressed with the tiger stripe ver, a lot of the sculpt doesn't come through in photos, there's even some subtle shading throughout. Its one of my favorite Mafex figures now.

Edit: I don't own any ML Wolverines so I can't speak to the specific comparison
