Yeah, it definitely did. When I originally got the Giant Man figure and put it in to discover I only had crooked, downward-looking eyes, I was pretty disappointed and put the figure aside and hadn't touched it since before getting the right eyes. It felt like an expensive regret.
I didn't necessarily feel buyer's remorse, but I did feel like Hasbro had to fix this. And I'm glad they did with pretty much zero hassle.Received my eyes yesterday and it really makes a difference.

I never took the time to pursue the corrected eyes thing and kind of regret it. I always meant to, but just never got around to it. Mine don't really bother me all that much, but for a $200 item I should have pursued the fix. I might still try, but at this point it's my fault for waiting so long.
@stephenwdavis I'm in the same boat. I sent an initial e-mail to CS and got a response requesting order info. I just dropped the ball on my end. Overall, I wish I hadn't succumbed to FOMO when backing this. Oh well.
My eyes arrive Monday. Eye will be very happy. Eye hope they look as good as the pictures above. Eye really do.

I’m unaware of a cut off for requesting the corrected eyes. I don’t see why you couldn’t still get them. If you reach out now, you’ll probably get them much sooner than we did. This was a 3-4 month wait.
I still haven't received mine. Hasbro obviously picked the slowest option.
So did BestBuy - normally they deliver almost overnight but a delayed fig just shipped via Ontrack - and now it's not due to be delivered for 10 days!

It really does. It's a little thing overall, but I'm SO much happier now.
Yeah it's funny that it would make such a big difference to me as well. I finally swapped out my Giant Man's eyes yesterday. I hadn't really done anything with him since the original unboxing. Now he's in my display joining everyone confronting Galactus. I couldn't have him looking at Galactus boots. Much better now 🙂
