Cassandra is my number 1 want, but I would gladly buy the cameo team. I know there will probably be another sleeveless Wolverine made eventually, but I don't personally need one.
I had wondered and worried the same regarding Nicepool, but I suppose it depends on when/if Hasbro did get the rights to the character/Reynolds' likeness. I'm no legal expert, but I'd assume that, at least until the case is settled, continued production of merch for the character is allowed (plus, I don't remember reading if Justin, the guy suing, is calling for removal of the character in any way, just that it's based off him). Though I suppose, even if he isn't calling for the removal, I can see how companies would be hesitant to release merch. Again, I'm no expert, and I don't know how likeness things work, but assuming they did get his likeness rights, I'd assume they'd want to use his likeness as much as they can with what they've got- unmasked Deadpool, Nicepool, etc. (I assume they wouldn't have to pay for separate likeness rights for different characters, no?)
Anywho, just on the off chance they do have him planned and the lawsuit could throw a wrench into things, let's get him out as soon as possible, Hasbro, yeah? I know technically a third party head on a Deadpool body could work, but there's just enough differences in Deadpool and Nicepool's costumes that it would bug me.
Honesty the only characters I really need from Deadpool and Wolverine are Deadpool and Wolverine. So check.
Nicepool's costume is pretty different from Wade's costume. Have you not noticed Nicepool's bulge?
I was wondering if the lawsuit would get in the way of Nicepool. That and likeness rights. But - Hot Toys definitely nailed the likeness on their version. I was hoping a multi-pack with Nicepool, Kidpool, Babypool and Ladypool. Shoot, why not throw in Uncle Peterpool? 🙂

Same here, but I totally get why others want more and hope they get them. But yeah, for my own selfish needs, I'm totally good on that movie. Colossus was a bonus I didn't expect but completely thrilled to own.
That Colossus figure isn't really billed as a DP&W figure. He's an addendum to the previous movies. Packaging says Legacy Collection. Either way, I share the appreciation for the figure. Feels like he completes what I've been missing from the previous chapters.
Definitely. That's why I saw him as a bonus, like if they'd included Destroyer in a wave for Thor: Ragnarok.
Dopinder might be fun to stick in a two pack with some other character that got plenty of exposure but no figure, Vanessa, Yukio, Juggernaut etc.
A Ramen Toys yellow cab would be useful as well if they ever make one.
@yojoebro82 same. I have the Hasbro figures and I have the SHF Deadpool preordered. I had the SHF Wolverine as well, but I just don't want Wolverine with that look so it didn't make sense to spend 80 bucks on it. I'd love a higher end Wolverine though so if they come back with a more screen accurate take I'll probably get it. I'm also assuming that this movie was so successful and popular that we'll be seeing figures from it for quite some time so there will be other chances for a Wolverine that I personally want to show up.
As for the other characters, I don't need or want any of them. Expect Hasbro to at least do some of the other Deadpools since there is no cumbersome likeness rights to work around. I'd personally be pretty surprised if we didn't at least see Ladypool.
I put together a very patchwork version of DP&W's team of misfits from the movie: Sauron wave X-23 (the unmasked head has a convincing RBF), Toybiz ML Gambit (he's short too), Toybiz Blade. They surprisingly all look very nice together. I don't have an Electra of any version which is a bit disappointing so I have to fill that slot yet.
My bare arms for Wolverine have shipped from AliExpress as well.
When those arrive, I may consider doing a light black wash on the suit to make it a bit more accurate.
I also got some custom strap on claws for Deadpool from the start of the movie from RDJ Customs on Etsy.
I kind of want to order another Wolverine and give him a paint wash and drill in some bullet holes like all the cool kids are doing. I actually don't really mind the clean yellow, which is surprising, so I don't want to take the chance that I ruin him. Still, kind of curious to see how good I can make him.
The Aliexpress bare arms can't come soon enough. Very curious how they will compare to factory arms... if the gloves will match...
So you can probably have it with the shoulder pad thingies too
