Lockjaw ftw!
i know they like to redo older offerings…are there any old BaFs (or bigger figures like Blackheart that might qualify as BaFs today) that they might want to improve for BaF 100?
Fin Fang Foom is the only one that comes to mind, but he’s way too big under today’s business model. Maybe a HasLab, but not a BaF.
Looking back it is straight up insane to think that we got that FFF as a BAF.

To be fair - didn't it take like 9 figures to build it instead of 6? Even so it's mental they squeezed a figure that big in to a BaF wave.
@panthercult I think it was 12 figures to build Foom, wasn't it? I'd have to go back and look to be sure and I don't have time to do that right now.
Update: No, you were right, it was 9. Sorry about that!
It was a lot of dumb figures I sold at a loss on eBay that's for certain.
I'm expecting that 100th BAF falling in the Secret Wars wave, so maybe a version of Beyonder? Or an oversized Doom?
Beyond the BAF, I'd consider black suit Spidey and brown suit Wolvie to be locks for that wave, but "beyond" that they could do just about anybody from that storyline. I really doubt they'd give us a new Molecule Man so soon again, though. It would seem like a good time to give us an updated Wrecking Crew - but somehow I really doubt that. It feels like that would need to be a box set. Absorbing Man could even be a BAF again, I guess - but I'd hope that they wouldn't do that again.
The other possibility is that there is a BAF in the Deadpool/Wolverine movie wave. If Colossus is expected to be a deluxe, maybe movie Juggernaut (the Ryan Reynolds one, not the Vin Jones one)?
I'm betting that the Secret Wars wave will be like other retro waves, and not be a BAF wave. They'll just use the retro card design. I also think Kang made the cut, based on the Marvel team's "laser rifle" tease at the end of the most recent livestream.
I support Lockjaw as an excellent choice for BAF100 given his topping of the wish list charts for several years now.
Re: Kang, updating this:
The build-a-figure Absorbing man was too big, I would like a standard sized figure of him, purple pants and all.
The gun shown as a hint is for Kang, who was holding it on a recent cover. Which makes me say...Kang...again? I suppose they want to reuse that mold. And the character is army-buildable. At least since he's likely on a retro card and won't have a BAF piece, he'll be skippable.
@bronzeaged It would seem a little weird to promo tease a Kang repaint. Do they ever do that? Seems like they save those things for more unique releases.
I mean - Kang is way more prominent than Brother Voodoo and they just announced a 3rd release of the same modern look for him. Maybe a new Secret Wars Kang will be on an updated body or maybe use a slightly different version of the costume... but he does seem like a lock.
Just seems weird to use that as a tease and he is easily had below retail still. Unnnnnlessss ... he's in a 3 pack with Rama Tut and Immortus.

This is what I’m hoping. Very much so. I’d also hope they get us the Scarlet Centurion somehow as well.
And Iron Lad.
And ... maybe Victor Timely.
Too much?
I have the 1/18th version of the 3D-printed Time Chair for that scale Kang, but never sprang for the 1/12th chair. If Hasbro did an official version for the Legends figure, that'd get me to buy him again.
